have you looked at soil and leaves under microscope or jewelers loop to check for critters?
i would stop watering and harvest few days early before their to badly effected. i would still smoke them, but i just smoked a big bowl of spider mites lol...
I would do this, looks very similar to my recent broad mite infestation, and broad and russet mites are very small, invisible to the naked eye. At least 60x IMO just to see a moving dot. But they ravaged my veg room, twisting new growth and that same brownish/grey dead look to leaves.
