You guys need to watch the whole movie this clip comes from - it's fantastic. Called "Grass", narrated by Woody Harrelson and has a ton of info about the history of marijuana in America - how the public's opinion has been pushed back and forth and distorted by the government and other forces.

Actually the clip comes from a tv broadcast that was used in the film grass. Though I do agree anyone who hasnt seen it do so.
