Watering question

Hi all.

Question for you. What slows a plants take up of water?

I have two plants in my garden that are taking up about half the water as the rest.

They are all the same stain, Blueberry, and are all in the same organic soil being feed the same food bio bizz bloom.

They are about 35/38 days into flower and they all look healthy with good bud production.

any need to worry about them?

Sure, anything that slows transpiration rate, or a limiting factor for growth.
The big one is COLD. Plants nearer the a/c, assuming %RH is constant across the whole room, will take up less water than plants in a hot spot under the light. In a cold grow room, make your soil mix with extra perlite, because of this exact reason.
Plants that have less intense light will also take up less water.
Plants that have less air flow around them need less water, not only because they are limited by access to CO2, but also because the moisture is not stripped from the leaves so quickly as a plant in a breezy location.

Also check for signs that the roots are not functioning properly due to root rot or soil conditions.

Cheers Stinkyattic.

no A/C just an inline fan sucking in from the outside and blowing at the light and a 5inch sucking out.

Placed my Humidity meter in a few different points across the room and there is no discernible difference stays around 55-60%.

temps are range between 75f lights out and up to 93f on a hot day with lights on.

that leaves the bad roots or too small a pot...

no idea how i am gonna check the roots though!

Ur plants are getting to that part of flowering where they will start to take up water slower and slower and slower.
Notice that the first couple weeks in flower they drink the shit outa water then it starts to level off.
Then once they start to get alittle mature there water uptake starts to slow down slower and slower and slower until they are ripe and rdy to cut.
I wouldnt worry about it at all, they look fine keep it goin.
Good luck
