I'm interested in the info, dunno if we need the subforum. Why not start a thread in the growroom design forum?

Either way, I'll be looking forward to learning. Water cooling makes sense, get rid of the heat with water, instead of costly electricity. I've yet to see any hoods for sale in my area, kind of a specialty item.

noobs post shit anywhere,im trying to be organized....
i was thinking about the design area, but 2 problems are that not as many people look there, although thats probably where it should be,
and a "thread" isnt the "best way"... rooks, noobs and llamerz always skip the "search" button....:dueling:

I vote no. Too many sub forums as it is. Growroon Design and Equipment is good enough. Should enough be interested, it will get stickied like the CMH thread

Also no.
Feel there has already been too much fragmentation/empire building which has made it harder to find interesting threads and puts off new members , water cooling goes with design and is a minority interest best covered in a thread there for now , edited sticky later on if worthwhile info is posted.

No, the vertical section hasn't even taken off yet. Water-cooled lights will be a one horse town, with the occasional tumbleweed.

so you think chillers run on no electricity? here's for a 1/4 chiller " Unit uses 650 watts of electricity (5.4 Amps) at 120V. "

seems like a 70watt fan is alot more ecological then a chiller

Sorry but no... Not enough people using the system. Too expensive for most people. I mean how much are these lights even talked about normally in these forums? Better yet, how many people are utilizing this technology?
I don't think we should sub forum every new technology that comes out... For example, over half of the growers here use cool tubes, but there isn't a Cool Tube sub forum, not that I want one, I am just saying.

Don't forget you can always create a social group for a particular interest.

Not untill you have like 1000 posts and been around for a year...in case ya care......but ya, create a social group for the watercooled crowd.
