Did some re arranging in the veg room for space. Figured the t5 would give me a little added heat in the room that's been a little cold lately. Bottom for the clones and ICU. Top for the larger veg plants. Have 1 confirmed male from the Mimosa beans and a sherbtini male but can't chuck with that one.

I'm pretty happy with it. The gmo was pulled at 70 days. Everything else at 61. Everything was showing quite a bit of amber when chopped.

Some sherbtinis showing chem traits.also I'm finding that 20 inches for led height may be to close for Mac and glue. Which is weird because the last tray was 18 inches and no bleaching on the glue but in getting some now at 20 inches.

I am thinking i may have my lights too close. I have mine maybe 10-12 inches above the canopy, maybe even less on a couple colas. I am seeing some issues but not bleaching. I downloaded a light meter app on my phone and a quick check had 69000-80000 lux which if I am reading correctly, is way too much PPFD, especially with no Co2.

How do you like growing in Coco? I’m trying it out after all these years and I have to say I like it a lot... Super easy

That's high without co2. I keep my lux under 40k or even 35k for some strains. Otherwise I'll see stress signs on the top leaves. Good video for lux to PPFD conversion:

Lux meters can vary in accuracy. I picked up that exact meter in the video and followed the guidance, and plants been happy ever since.

So far I'm liking the coco over rockwool. Seems to be a little easier to control the wetness of the medium. Plus with the ability to multifeed I'm able to run bigger plants, less numbers and not see much of a difference on yield. I'm definitely sold on these hlg leds but I may have to go to a different model just due to headspace and these needing so much above canopy.

i am in the same boat. looking at the samsung strip lights now so i don't have to have them 3 ft above the canopy for even coverage. otherwise you get a super hotspot in the center.

Ya that's exactly where my hotpot is. The glue in the centers got some bleaching. So does the tall wedding cake and 1 of the Mac 1. I think I'm just going to put these lights up as high as possible and just leave them there. I'll let the new plants grow into it. Here's a room shot at 17 and 37 days in.

A room shot at 20/40. Did a little defoliating/re arranging on the younger tray yesterday. I'm really liking the structure on the mimosa #4 plant. Can kinda see it in front aisle corner
