Sour d, c-99, and some oil. Not a bad day. Enchiladas later

Boil chicken with garlic/onion powder until tender. Tear apart and satuee with butter, cumin,onion, and gp. Cover with pace, little water, simmer down. Roll enchiladas, old el paso enchilada sauce is a must, but not enough to cover up taste of chicken. Absolutely smother with colby, chedder, and mozzerella shredded cheese. Bake in oven to melt cheese adequately. Serve with a dollop of sour cream if preferable.
