Good morning, Wake n bakers 
cooked cook reporting in. Things have been mighty hectic in the kitchen with tons of holiday diners. Working lots of extra hours, taking some festive holiday injuries. Glad to have a couple days off, and am looking forward to some chill time with family and friends.
I think I'll enjoy some of my magical chocolate truffles for the holidays. As for this morning, Cheese x Godbud has got me started for the day.
Have a great, festive holiday season. Remember what it's all about. Family, friends, fun, and HAM!

Got wakened this morning by my computer's power supply beeping. Turns out the power had gone out. Fortunately it is in the 50s today (weirdly). Having to wait for the power to come back on to be able to brew some java harshed my mellow. Getting my bake on only made things worse once cotton mouth reared it's ugly head. Had to settle for drinking plain ol' h2o. It was awful. 
However, the power has been restored and I now have a steaming cup of joe that I am making short work of.

Late wake & bake due to transplanting 4 ladies and cleaning the room. Lost a friend last night so the thoughts are deep today. Cherish what you have friends...it's gone in an instant.
