Ill be harvesting an outdoor Strawberry Dogshit this morning and an indoor SDS.
It was the runt in my indoor garden so I put her outdoors to try and get some hard golfball sized flowers with a great flavor instead of killing her. Cant wait to smoke these girls. I want to see how this strain tastes ID compared to OD. I get to try them next tuesday.
Here she is, and the indoor SDS, for comparison ~
vapin' some Laughing Buddha, harvested fall '12. From fem seeds.
Nice hybrid type high- clear, chilled, and a bit euphoric.
Too many stony phenos found in the pack for a supposedly near 100% sativa tho'...
me thinks BF's breeders reversed a NL5 onto the LB to get their femmed version.
Apparently those idiots in Washington were able to avert disaster and reopen the government. So that ends my "Fall break". Back to my normal schedule which, of course, includes cannabis as part of a balanced wake & bake.
Ill be trimmin sugar leaf today for a few hours. Thats the worst, most tedious part of growing. Maybe smoking abunch and watching re-runs of the Walking Dead will help me along and keep my mind off of how bad this sucks.
Time to enjoy the weekend. Need to clarify some butter. Just part of the process to store THC for the winter....
Speaking of trimming... what is the answer for trimmers? I just recently picked up a set of Fiskars with good handles and short blades from Homey Despicable. Best I've found 'yet'.
I was up bright and early today. Out of the house at 5:30 am and out into the woods to wait for sunup in order to go pheasant hunting. While waiting for a buddy to show up I finished my coffee and smoked a 1/ 4 of a jay of SFV while watching a beautiful moon to the west, the glow of the sunrise to the east and listening to the crash of the surf on the beach a few hundred yards away. Migrating swallows by the thousands passing over my head headed west for the winter. It was awesome.
