VPD and humidifier placement

I am running a full room grow (wall to wall plants) while tinkering with VPD. My room is 10x12 feet, running 6 gavitas. 84F 75RH

I live in an arid place, so humidity is something my Ghost Train Haze's are liking a lot. It seems to have cleared up a lot of problems.

I have moved some plants and created an aisle and placed my Ideal air humidifier on the floor. But the plants closest to the humey are quite wet. Some even had fan leaves that withered and instead of being brown are showing some blackness to them. I have removed those dead leaves but am worried about the dreaded bud rot.

I am interested in thoughts from people who run these. And where is the best placement to still have the moisture but not directly on the plants. My best guess right now is to build a shelf in the corner and place humey about 4 feet off the floor, but not so high as to blow water onto the the lamps.

Any and all advice is greatly appreciated. Thanks all.

I know this may not be possible, but it's best to have a lung room in which the air is conditioned(cooled, warmed, humidified&dehumidified) before being drawn into the flower room. If this isn't possible, maybe in the corner with a fan dispersing the humidified air....

I will wrap my head around the lung room idea and see what i can do with it.

Good call O....

Lung rooms are the be all end all answer for creating perfect environment while pumpin it in and suckin it out @ twice per minute to be re-mixed and re-used over and over FTW....also....

Whole room humidifiers suck due to the larger size water micron droplets they spit out thus why your closest plants are getting drowned by said unit....that said....

Ultrasonic hydrofoggers work well and provide a fine mist that dissipates/evaporates fairly well with HID lighting , and at some point in the game , if there`s a room full of plants as you say I assure you the plants transpiration rate back into the room will keep humidity high enough to stay within VPD parameters , but will need monitoring without supplements....anyways....

If a lungroom of the exact same sq ftg of the flower room`s not able to be done , look into foggers and even outdoor mist systems as long as they spray smaller micron size droplets that dissipate and evaporate easily....

Good luck....DHF....:ying:....
