They typically do when put to the test. I'm sort of sick of hearing these grand conspiracy theories without any basis and no link to references with any credible basis. They're mundane and boring and sadly always go unanswered by the blowers who post them.

I think all of these "conspiracy theories" are simply "possibilities".
I'd respect someone who says that they aren't sure over someone who "just knows" that it's just fluff.
The idea of patenting plants and letting them pollinate openly, converting any of those offspring to property belonging to the patent holder, is a very real concern.

Is there an article in which Monsanto or GW Pharma has come out openly stating that they plan to do any such thing?
GW has mentioned patent applications. Monsanto has actually accomplished it with other crops. But, alas, there isn't explicit ink stating that they WILL.

The problem is...the person who introduced the "Monsanto is going to take over cannabis" theory, is an ignorant 19 year old who doesnt know how to do proper research or logically deduce conclusions without fear tactics or other prohibitionist tactics.
I could be led to that conclusion just by researching canola fields.
It needs said that cannabis is a pretty lucrative crop.
Does the possibility exist? Sure. Have I actually convinced myself that it will happen? Absolutely not.

What offenses besides HASH POSSESSION and a micro grow does this bill REMOVE prison penalties?
Will the current ICmagers who grow in CA with OUT a med card still be felons?
It seems a vote for prop 19 = continued prohibition and the status quo as regards MANY ICmag growers.
The only difference is now not only do the squares endorse imprisoning growers, but so does every prop 19 supporter. Thanks guys.

If 7 tons in the garage is cool then I'll be even happier when this passes, but I still don't like what it does to the current CA growers.

Saying that prop 19 supporters endorse prison times is another prohibitionist spin tactic. Doesnt work with us, dont insult our intelligence or your credibility is shot and is along the lines of the reefer madness folks. Dont be that guy.

You can have the results of any harvest at your home. Remember you will not have the burden of proof that you did NOT grow it there. I think any lawyer worth his salt could keep you from jail for whatever amount you could store in your house.(Dont think 14,000 pounds would fit in your garage.)If 100% of that dried supply is housed in the 5x5?
