Which is possible to those incarcerated for cannabis related matters, and said incarcerations would would cease if prop 19 were to pass.
I'll be quite honest, I had not read the whole thread, and only had gotten this involved when I had read a post by Krunchbubble. It appeared as if he was voting "No". If this is not the case, then I am at fault and all this can end. It would be much easier if he were to just reply and answer whether or not he would / did vote no or yes.
