Very early Mdanzig genetics

I

IceColdCrickets

i have seeds from the 80s that still sprout no problem. oldest seeds i have are from 78 they are down to about 20% germination now but hell anything that is 30yrs old and sprouts is worth something. I just made some new beans of that strain so I figure those are good for another 30yrs, Im set..

BM,, what soil and newts you useing,, very nice growth for 18 days,, makes me wonder if it is the NON- AF F1 generation you have...?

IceColdCrickets: I always use organic soil, dig it up from a nearby forest. Nutrients, well i put a dead fish in the soil and let it rot before i grow. Rainwater and piss too :woohoo:

Been thinking in the same line myself, since it´s a slow-goer and not even the smallest sign of sex. But i´ve never ever test grown any non-af from Mdanzig....so.... hmm...

mossy

you know mossy, as long as you keep the beans in a dry, controlled condition they last insane long. I always keep mine in a woodbox with rice. (Except this little one of course)

I keep mine in a wooden box..in a brown paper evelope..in dry conditions.
Just like I have kept me flower seeds for years.

I made the mistake Once of buying the fancy plastic packets and sticking them in the beer fridge.
BIG mistake..:noway:
I lost 2 of my favourite crosses.

It may be old fashioned..but it works for me too.

throw in some rice to mossy, to avoid humidity that could destroy the valuble genetics.
Ah, the classic plastic. Been there, done that
