Looking great in here. Really hard to pick but I'd have to say Sour Bubble.

Yes it is sourbubble. The guy that gave me the cut said it was and he gave me the wrong cut by mistake. This makes sense as it looks nothing like my other chemdog crossed when finished. The buds are not as dense when finished. But then again I have only run one plant of it so far and I just chopped it about 2 weeks ago.

I'd like to say that I can tell a strain by eyeballing it...but usually, no. I just meant that the SourBubble seemed to show the best coverage on your screens.

I second that Josey!

Thanks guys. If you go back to the original pictures I ran them quite large in veg. The ceiling is 7 feet tall in that room so they are very large. The screen is 2 foot by 4 foot though.

Here is a picture from the day I put the sourbubble 3 in flower.

It is the plant all the way to the right.

Here it is last week after stretch and fan leaf removal.

If you look closely you can just make out the branch that cuts across the top picture in the bottom picture.

I think this plant filled in nicely.

wow, just wow. this thing is 6-sided, right? i love the solid wall of roots.

I'll be honest, I was skeptical over here on my bucket(to myself), but you have made me a true believer. Most of the strains I have are Sativa-leaning, and I really like what I see. Weave through till day 15-20, depending on the amount of stretch the plant has.

I have 5 OG Kush plants in flower under a 600w bare bulb,.gonna start the "WEAVE!"

?Question.........I know you were unsure between 2 600w or (1) 1000w, which did you go with?

Looking mean brotha!!

Yes it is six sided.

I prefer to not weave and just tie them back to the screen. It helps me get the plant off the screen so I can use the screen again as quick as possible. I take and shove a stack into the pot the tie the plant to that as I take it off the screen. This keeps it from falling on the floor till I can trim it.

My lighting is a 1000 watt at the top and a 600 on the bottom. The top bulb is about 4 inch below the top off the plants(at the base of the bulb). The bottom bulb has its base at the bottom of the foliage.

I have done this set up several times with the OG and have found that the strain I have does not stretch to much. So you will want to fill a good amount of the screen. I usually only get about 5-7 inches of stretch from it.

Glad you think it looks mean, but we will see what the numbers say at the end.

Thanks for coming along Red.:thank you:

What is getting Ichabob his high #'s in yield is his defolitation technique, tight grip on his environmental controls and his nutrient regime IMHO, not his weaving the plant on the screen, he had just read through the threads by Bobblehead, listened to DHF and others and applied them to his situation with a bit of his own twist.

I JUST watched Arminus take down his weed doughnuts and pulled 2+ lb's off 8 plants!!!!!, I am seriously thinking about switching to 3 doughnuts and only run 24 plants to get 5 lbs instead of my stadium and running 85+ plants which is a LOT MORE work and defoliation time.

Great job IC! I hope you post final numbers when all done, dried and cured.

I don't get the real high numbers that some here get. My GPW is lower than the leaders here in vert. What I do like about this set up is the ability to move my plants at will out of the room if need be. This allows me to tend to the plants without bending down and crawling from plant to plant. I don't think my back could take it for long. And besides I can sit on a bucket to trim the bottom of the plant and stand up to trim the top.

I find that I can spot problems faster if I can look at the entire plant quickly rather than bend and twist to get to it. I have some plants right now that have spider mites that will not be a issue because I spotted them quickly and knocked them back. These were spotted at week four and in the last four and a half weeks I have only seen about 6-8 leaves with mites. This is because I can spot the problem quick and take action immediately.

And Mega I am running 5 of these wheels right now with 29 plants in total. I will be running 7 here in a week.

My last run was only 48.5 zip on 9 plants. 2 of these plants were only 4.5 ounces so not to bad I guess.

It's actually Sour Bubble x SSSDH. Now you know where the stretch comes from. :tiphat:

He is learning... very fast.
