Def got me convinced to try a vert setup for my next grow.
Got a question or three,
I don't do hydro, (yet), will this work in a soil grow? The trimming the back side off?
I currently have one 600mh/hps, would it be better to add a 400 under the 600 or add a 1000 over the 600? (for a vert rookie, room I got plenty of.)
Lastly, any thoughts on if Super Lemon Haze would be a good canidate for vert?

Aero has not been on in while so I will give my opinion on your questions. Yes it will work in soil and you can trim the back side. If you have plenty of room I would go with the 1000 over a 600, small fan on low under lights with heat being extracted up high. I am not familiar with SLH but most hazes seem to be lanky and that is good in a vert grow.
After saying all of that I would also add that there is more than one way to skin a cat and you should also check out Marlo's vert setup.

I've been doin' lots of reading in the Vert section this past week.
I'm contemplating doin' my new seedlings vert, 9 fem SLH about a week from seed. Just not sure if I'm brave enough to jump into a new style since I'm just starting to learn about growing. I've got a good light, good exhaust with carbon filter, and a good sized grow area.

Hey everyone, apologies for my absence, I had some legal issues and couldn't be here.. These legal issues were in no way related to this site, Cannabis, or drugs... That said, I am back and thanks to some good friends all of my stock and equip was preserved including my Magenta99 females... Also came back to quite a bit of smoke from last go round, I am setting up shop again, details to follow..
