Still veggin VerdantGreen. The other light should be here in a day or two, and then I could flip em anytime. I don't mind waiting another week and letting them get bigger. Hopefully I will overgrow the whole canopy and learn my lesson :hide:

Basically they are ready to go though. Should I twizzle those branches and give em 5 days to recover, then flower?

Thanks again for your input.:canabis:

hi dyno - thanks for the props. :D

rty007 - im actually thinking of donating some seeds to the server fund here - but i wanted to make sure they germed first - now i dont know if i should send them now or grow them out first. perhaps ill send them now - you'll probably get them for next to nothing ;)

MediScrogs - tough call but i tend to train for a while after the flip - unless they are very indica which i doubt the red diesel is. i guess you should flip them as soon as the light comes but you may be surprised how much they stretch! good to keep records of such things for each strain - and always take a cutting as there is nothing worse than a keeper that you didnt keep ;)

---

in other news the second cheese (with coco - 68 days) weighed in at 88g - which gives a yield of 1.4 g/watt. i thought this would be a good one as the training job was my best yet. the buds actually looked less dense than the first cheese without coco, but the scales tell the full story. i guess it had a few extra days to put on weight too. nice christmas smoke but by gad it stinks the house out when you trim it - closed doors mean nothing to this pong ;)

Not just yet please:) I still have some time before moving:) But it is a great idea... I was thinking of buying some donating seeds anyways.. have you grown those out? I mean have you tried smoking that cross or is it still the first grow in progress?

Cool, thanks for the advice. They keep getting bigger and I'm not sure it will end up a true Scrog. Perhaps I'll have to get a machete and a compass before I'm through.

My jungle project plant is backstage right now. She's a big bang, and they say it can get over 7 feet without root limitations. We'll see how big she gets before it goes in.

Thought it wasn't going to make it, it was the last to pop and grew like a weakling to begin. It started to catch up after awhile, but when I transplanted it into this bag, it just stayed half droopy for 10 days. I may have let the medium stay too dry. She's finally coming around so I tied the stalk over and I'm trying to figure out if it'll go into a king size tote or if it'll just be an lst crammed in there somewhere. Maybe it stays backstage until the first totes are coming out in 2 months.

Waiting to see how the JTR fills out, have been wanting to try that one. Thanks again for letting me drop in on your thread. I'll throw ya a photo sometime down the road.

Best wishes and good growing.......

bit of a cock up on the seedlings front - i repotted them all today and carefully put them on a tray under my light in the veg cab - as i placed the last one in the tray tipped up and they all flipped over and landed upside down. i had about 5 mins to try and scrape them all up off the floor and put them back in their pots (before the misses came back with the kids), some labels got mixed up but they all seemed just about ok - we will see.

here is a snap of the cab with the NEW CMH bulb on. as you can see it renders just like daylight - ive got high hopes for this :)

front left is the monstrous BF - buds are the biggest ive had in the cab and the stems are bending all over the place.
front right is sharksbreath just starting to flower
back left quarter is a Blueberry with a little lighter soil than last time
and back right is the JTR about halfway through
