Just a quick question whether my TD-500 exhaust fan (580m3/h) is too strong for my 80x80x160(cm) tent? I'm running it on the lowspeed setting.

Depends what m3/h "low" is, how much heating your generating (lights, dehum), where you're exhausting, etc. At full speed you're at 9.5 air exchanges per minute, which is quite high (1-4 on average). If low is 1/3 flow, you're closer to prime, but there are many variables.
