Ventilation hypotheticals

No, I was referring to the frame I built, that the drum sits on, so that water can drain from the tub in the event of overflow and/or flooding from the drum. It's made of plywood and 2x4s. :)

Small question about ventilation again. So you have whatever on either end for your intake and output, and flexible duct connecting the hoods to it. How do you keep the weight of the duct from changing the attitude of your hoods? Just rig everything with string and cord, or is there a more elegant method?

I have photos that I took last night, having trouble loading to this site, (that was a rhyme) ducting is self explanatory in the photos and I will try to have them posted by tomorrow.

Here you go dude--------any Q's?. I did post this to you a month or so ago, guess you missed it.

For those new to the site/post the photos depict the air cooling intake and exhaust system for a 3600W grow consisting of a 10 inch Elicient fan pulling exhaust from 3 pair of 6" hoods from a 10 inch passive filtered intake. All hook ups are damper controlled for air-flow balancing ability. (SA and RA)

Alright basically I have a 4'w x 4'd x 7'h closet that im going to be cooling, and I would like to avoid cutting a hole in the dry wall if at all possible... Theres no hole to the attic so I was thinking, would it be possible to vent the exhaust and the intake out the same window? I was planning on building a box that extended 6inchs off the wall around the window. Then spliting it in half and putting exhaust on one side and intake on the other.

Whatcha yall think?

(btw i really want to use a 1000w)

Think twice about growing in a rental unit. Hell think thrice.

If you do, I don't see the big deal with cutting drywall but that's not my business either...

Yeah, you can vent and exhaust out the same window. I'd try to angle the two away from one another but I don't see any problem with it.
