Again, I have to agree with soursmoker. You may be better off completely sealing things and supplementing co2.
I'm in Florida and it's literally hot as hell down here so really the only way we can grow indoors is with a sealed, cooled and co2'd room.
ok, so aircon unit and a co2 kit in the cab.
so i would need to design a air tight cab with no exhaust fan set up and the figure out how much co2 to release into the size of the cab?

OK, so yeah, sry for my confusing post. LED's yeah, not HID. What Puscifer said.

Seal, insulate, and AC the shed. Add CO2. Run the tent with intake of AC'd air from the shed, exhaust tent into shed.

When outdoor temps are mild, keep the AC on with same setting. It will run way less. In cold weather, use heat, with AC and heater settings that won't make them spar.

A 6" exhaust fan won't exhaust the cu. ft. of your tent 3 times per minute, which is the rule of thumb. I'd get an 8" fan [747 cfm].

Using the formula pi r squared, where the radius is half the diameter of the fan, [take ibuprophen now] that's 8 divided by 2=4. 4 squared =16. 16 times pi [3.142] =49.92 [call it 50] square inches of exhaust. Ideally, you would have twice that much intake. It can be from any shape or size of hole or holes totaling approx 100 sq. in. Got it?

You could speed control that size fan down a bit, if it doesn't negatively affect temps in tent. Good luck. -granger
