How much longer does it look like my females need. This is how they look ~5 weeks into the veg. stage:

I assume it's bagseed, and that you mean "flower" rather than veg.
It appears to be an indica or indica dominate plant. In which case it'd probably go anywhere from 7-10 weeks?
If you can, invest in a hand microscope or something. It'll give you a good look at the trichomes, when 40-50% of them have turned amber is probably when you want to harvest.

Yes, 5 weeks into flower. Where is my mind? There already is some brownish coloring on them, but no buds yet. thanks guys.
