i'm showing off my lack of experience, but here goes...

what are the consequences from putting seedlings/young plants directly into flower-normal seeds, not Lowryder or fem seeds.

thanks,

Although it is not my method, it can be done, but you will need an ample supply of seeds. The plants will yeild less but in less time as there is little veg time. I like the plant to mature fully to realise its full potency potential, this is around 2 months. Timing the clones to replace the ending crop will keep a constant flow of buds. You can use flurs to veg em. try www.overgrow.com/edge/showthread.php?t=559088

Puttin a plant into 12/12, that isnt mature (age or sex) Will result in a poor overall yield or at least no-where near the plants full potential.
You undertand that this can be done with clones from a mature mother-but Im sure you already knew that mate.

I cant see the point in doing this personally, as said-yield will be very poor-why not veg a plant for 5-6 weeks, atleast then the plant stands a chance of producing a yield!

Sometimes I put clones or young seedlings to 12/12 light side of main plants just for getting idea what kind of high those strains give me.

Yeah, it's possible, and done all the time  I'm about to sex out some seedlings soon myself. These will be identified as either male or female, then cloned, re-vegged and set to flower for the business stage of things. But yes, you can do what you're sking  No worries.

....and equatorial strains are actually acclimated to grow in 12/12 (or something near it)....

(Indoor I just veg my purest hazes for 1-2weeks under 24h of fluoros. Then I reduce the light hours on a daily basis for a week until I hit 12/12. This way I get small, managable, but still wild sativas in my box;)
