yea, i know it makes me old but i remember in the the late 70's in pasadena,ca you could go to a back yard party and see a group called
VAN HALEN playin. course they hadn't signed yet. but we new they would.
MAN, THERE WAS ALWAYS BEAUTIFUL CHICKS AROUND.

I've been to a couple Monsters of Rock - remember most of them - and who said Van Halen still isn't number 1... (I didn't care too much for Van Hagar, sorry).

@ work all I listen to is hard rock/heavy metal station! And they very rarely play VH! Like I said I named my son after ED! The King!

Sure sucks when you realize the music and the radio station you listened to as a youth,is now the CLASIC ROCK station.Oh well,what da ya do?
ROCK ON,of course.
I'm just shy of 41,and as a child of the 80s istill have a soft spot for all thet Hair Band shit. Motley crue,Ratt,Cinderella,Twisted Sister,G&R,Ah hell ya all know the list.
Of course can't forget AC/DC,Dio.Black Sabbath.Shit this could go on forever.

I m the same age as you, Trucker. I try to stay current on music... and threre are some old bands still rockin...putting out CD's! But when it comes to new popular hard rock ie: Hinder, W.T.F. is that shit all about!

not sure if I spelled the name of the band right. The song is " lips of an angel "
They play it all the time... it really sucks!
