Ushio Hilux Bulbs with magnetic ballast?

Can you use these bulbs with magnetic ballasts or are they only for digital ballasts?

Don't want to pay the price for hortilux, so recommend a good magnetic bulb if Ushio Hilux doesn't work.

They all work. Some better than others. Some killer grows posted here on budget bulbs by the way
