Yes and yes. If you recycle your growing medium they stick around. Also, you if you mulch they are all in there so you can take a bit from a pot with them and introduce them to a new container to keep spreading them around. I know I've mentioned it before but Gnatrol does wonders for getting rid of fungus gnats and you can buy it for pretty cheap off of Amazon. A lot of outfits piecemeal the large amounts out and you can pick up 100 grams of it for not much money. It should last you a decent amount of time.

shmoking on that cherry pie.
tonight , 20 gal of recycled (already amended) coco... from which i make a "seed batch".
then , mixing daily, turning it over several times, i add the remaining 13gals of recycled coco over 3 to 5 days.
2 cups : oyster shell flour, neem cake, cottonseed meal, kelp meal, humic powder, azomite, crab shell meal
4 gallons worm castings.
1 cup of inoculant.
8 cups of gypsum pellets.
4 cups brown rice (dry).
got a good mix on it & hit it with some h2o.
tomorrow ill hit it with 3 cups of fish bone meal. & mix up real good over the next few days.
will be transplanting everything over the weekend.

i got gnatrol but i'm thinking that a variant of the diameticious earth hunks on top of the soil would be more simple. the only real obstavle would be keeping them recycled if you re-compost but i think if you used copper or plastic mesh sieve in cutouts, the layers could be seperated easily

what do you think about getting a shiitake mushroom patch or blue oysters (fungi.com paul stamets), or other one's in there for mother/fathers (fruiting seems to be an issue but maybe heat mats)?

hey dj - i used to run the golden goat, i ended up culling it after a year or so. it tastes and smells like lemon catfood. i swear to god. i hate lemon weed, and im more partial to cat piss than cat food apparently lol. so i cut it. but they say it breeds well so you know what to do. ill have more dust in a couple months as well.
and yeah, i got a hankerin for cherry pie! ive never had the pleasure...

i dont really grow like that. my method is my own, its common garden knowledge, & a little of his style , some of that guy i respekt over there, touch of the fine canna growers in one section on the board, little knowledge from a PMs with a homie or two. evolution. but i still do low ppm ferts & amended coco to tweak a few strains. plus i got quite a bit of rockwl crutons in my mix. thinking about a worm farm. just dont need more work yet i love the power of castings.

& some real meds ! for after my jaw surgery. sweet ! pills im not fond of. & cant smoke flowers like i do after the hospital vissy.
now we got the dab power. do i have a rig? duh ! what u think?
only one dab tonight (in 5 min actually) & the rest saved.
