let's say they cap it at 10%. how are growers supposed to grow quality cannabis and it NOT ever exceed that % ?

Our province of Quebec has a 30% limit on THC. From what I have seen, manufacturers have to have products specifically for them. On the SQDC site, I can see Slerple hash that is 26 - 30% THC at $29.90 for 2 grams. I can buy the same product in Ontario @ 40 - 46% THC for $29.70 . . . they just add rosin to boost the percentage.

Limits on THC are kind of silly since they aren't always a great indicator of good lines. There is a lot that goes into how potent a plant is. The other cannabinoids and terpenes have effects.

VIVA the BLACK MARKET! it'll end up like alcohol. citizens will be able to grow pot/brew beer and wine, but the dipshits will prob try to restrict making your own hash/ oils just as they do distilling moonshine and pure-grain. damn if i can see a way for them to actually enforce it though...they seem to make just enough arrests on moonshine to have a little something to show to reporters now and then.

The costs of prohibition outweigh the potential harm of a small group of people in society who need to be careful the way they use certain types of cannabis.

This request for study, Randy's Law, is a form of fillabuster, to block a bill from becoming a law. They are obstructing justice! Enough of this nonsense. Hopefully the lawmakers will see through this and learn the costly lessons from alcohol prohibition.
