US v Duval: Monroe farmer and son wrongfully prosecuted by DEA

I wanted to share this video with everyone. This video talks about the US Vs Duval case. This case is about Jeremy and Jerry Lee Duval. These two men were growing medical marijuana in the state of Michigan and was in complete compliance with Michigan's marijuana laws. Everything was completely legal and was even confirmed by the Monroe county Sheriff's department. Even though the Sheriff's department was okaying the Duval's to grow marijuana, they were also part of a DEA program called, "Operation HEMP." This program is funded by the DEA and is used to catch any marijuana growers; legal or illegal in the state. Both Jerry Lee and Jeremy Duval both pleaded "Not Guilty" and went to trial head-to-head with the Federal government. On April 20th, 2012, Jeremy was sentenced to 5 years in prison and Jerry Lee was sentenced 10 years in prison. They are one of the few caregivers that did not take a plea bargain, which mean they can appeal their case to a higher court. If this case makes it to the Supreme Court, they can potentially end the prohibition on marijuana federally. The goal of The Prisoners of the Marijuana War is to publicize this case as much as possible, so they will be able to win their appeal. Also, if we raise enough money, we will also be able to travel the country and record other caregiver's stories about how the DEA wrongfully prosecuted them for following their state's laws. Please help us by spreading the word of this case and spreading this youtube video around. Listed below is a link to our fundraising page so we will be able to travel the country and make this documentary. Thank you all for your time and together, we could make a huge difference.

Thank you all very much for your support. Jeremy and Jerry Lee Duval need as much support as possible. They pleaded "Not Guilty" because they believed they were doing absolutely nothing wrong and because of that, they get the harshest sentences. They are standing up to the Federal government when a lot of people pleaded guilty and took a plea bargain. They could make history and end marijuana prohibition if they win their appeal. If you guys would like anymore information on the subject, you are free to email me. Also you can find us on Facebook, https://www.facebook.com/PofMwar, or Twitter; @TheMarijuanaWar. Also, if you would like to be friends with Jerry Lee on facebook, his name is listed as US VS Duval.

MIway: During the two week trial it was brought up to the court that he was growing for his own medical use, along with supplying other medical patients as well. Unfortunately, he did not have the luck that patient 0 did back in the 70's.

Thank you all again for your support and selfless actions of passing on this video and spreading the word. We posted this video about a week ago and we already have 721 views and have raised $1,460. Anyone that raises $750 will be cast as an associate producer and $1,500 will be cast as an Executive Producer. These are both available, but we will take any donations as we can.

I'm sorry to here about your problems (Ive had mine also) I have two ? how many caregiver's can you have at 1 address? n how is your case going

I was told by a friend of a family member who's friend is a DEA agent that if your a caregiver in a greenhouse then we know you're basically slinging the extras... not sure if it applied here but sure looks it based on that states law.
