hoping to put in an order early next week for another tent and a light...


leaning towards the 4800 for the main led room for a sort of side by side against the hlg550 + an hlg60...


that would also free up the two sp150's i have for a 3x3 tent...

Can't complain at all about two SP-150s in a 3'x3', based on how it's looking in my space. I'd like to hit a unit out of the space, but know that's pushing it (1.72g/w, certainly would be nice)... Go for it!

Did you ever end up lowering the fixture to be closer to your plants? I feel like you could get more gpw w/ that. And maybe a bit bigger pots.

no,bigger pots means more veg time,i would rather have fast turnover and keep the flower rooms strictly for flowering

The fixture I meant was the LED. Looked high in the pictures.

Bigger pot just gives the roots more room to grow. Roots grow quite a bit during the stretch and bigger roots = bigger plants.

No worries either way, just two things I noticed based on my experience. Take or leave all good.

another week gone by...


lots of garden work over the past week,dealing with a harvest,resetting the room,getting the plants in veg up-potted,cleaning pots,trimming,and dealing with clones...and ordering some new lights!


got two sp3000 on the way...




on with the update...


in the veg tent things are moving right along,started using og biowar on the plants,only a couple of foliar feeds so far...

didn't get pics in the 4x4 tent since the light was out for the plants to get a foliar feeding...and the flash pic looked terrible...


the 4x8 is just about done,last feeding done,on to plain water from here on out...seeing plenty of amber glands even though the calendar says it's only 51 days in...i think it's actually 58 days in...at any rate,it's gonna be a press to get the next round ready so i'm guessing the plants will be a bit smaller going in next round...
