Just gonna throw out a good idea for yall to use.
It uses natural sun instead of bulbs. No heat trace for cops to see. Of course a good carbon fikter system is a must.
So u need a house with or without a nice big skylight south facing. The light needs to fall into your grow room. I would divide the room into veg and flower. Using a motorized blackout shade over the flower room will give u 12 12 when its not 12 12 naturally. Dont have to go into the rest. U guys know what ur doing. I am in the window blind business. And sell install these systems.
No heat, no worries. Natural sun greenhouse style.
