round my way the price used to be 160-180 an OZ in the 90s now its only 120-140 tops if its really good . despite cost rising greatly since those days.
and its more risky now as more know what to look for now than the early days! and setences are longer and the PCA also so the risk as gone up..
so not as good for growers as before round here!

what there doing now is little scallies hangin out by hydro shops and following people then taking there address dwn and passing it up the food chain
i witnessed this as went hydro shop pulled in when came back out there was 5 little chavs standing by a blacked out corsa (clearly stealth isnt there cup of tea) so after informing shop owner to tell punters went out got in car and instead of ragging it drove nice and sedatly to the police station and sat in car park was so fucking funny wish had a camara they parked oposite the pig shop infront of a bus stop a busnearly went into back of em they quickly moved before cops came out

now with it getting darker early its time to up security a bit
know sounds a bit ott but if going hydro shop never drive same way home even if adds few miles to your journey try to use a mates car who doesnt grow if poss
just have walk around your house see if theres any weakspots in security low fences dark spots etc etc
just be vigilante

Worth repeating, it is rife in London from what I hear. Also heard stories of scumbags using a specific tool to spot hot windows and exhaust vents, as ever, chimneys are always best.

I also heard a story about a Viet grow in London that got robbed by people pretending to be the police, halfway through the robbery, the Viets worked out that it was not the Police, so legged it, still [zip tie] cuffed and stuffed, arms behind backs, legs tied, bunnyhopping around the street screaming while the thieves tried to discretely load up the stolen crop and piss off....

in london prices have shot up!! mostly some variation of haze around amnesia, lemon or silver haze... the price usually goes from 260 to 340 for an oz usually 300... cheese is going for around 250-280 then the dutch goes for 180-240 ... anythn cheaper than this i would never buy here cos its most likely shite! id love to know where you guys are getn ozs of primo stuff for under 200?

Why use the word "bar" when we are talking about weed?
£200+ here,alough I woulnt buy or sell myself.
Alot of people are smoking crap soap still,I dont understand it..
There are even some say its good hash as they dont know different,truely sad..

A few tips to make the scumbags think twice,
get a pic of two rottweillers with the caption go on make our day,with a neighbour hood watch badge on front door a couple of dummy security cameras,also a poster regarding a membership of a karate kung foo etc etc club would make me think twice deidree barlow

Don't live in UK but I got you all beat. In my country 1g of ak-47 25 Uk pounds.
An ounze you will be running close to 330-380 uk pounds.

The price rises in high grade that we've seen over the past 5, or so, years is linked to the re-re-classification of canna from C to B. When it was put down to C it dropped off the bottom of the list of policing priorities-down there with steroids and Opal Fruit abuse. Drug squads stopped investigating growing and small scale supply and the CID would only get involved if there were links to serious organised crime. Production wasn't really being policed-the Chinese and Vietcong moved in and the price and quality dropped.

Then something must have happened at the Home Office-possibly after a panicky call from ACPO about the exponential rise of the Vietcong and their extra-horticultural activities, because forces all over the UK started going after commercial growers. Not just the Chinese-on the estates-the inner cities-then it spread to the suburbs and beyond. This was just before they re-classified to B.

And we are seeing the effects of a deliberate policy of restricting supply in order to drive up the price-making it less affordable to 'the kids'. It has worked. But because retail prices are less susectable to market fluctuation than wholesale prices we've seen the rise of wet weed, grit weed, shit weed as an attempt to maintain profits in the face of this rise in wholesale price.

that's my theory anyway-i'm wondering where this is all going. Where is the price going to be in 2-3-4yrs time. Any ideas?

There seems to be more "occasional" (weekend) smokers than there used to be ,,, and there is less wholesale ,,, and more cottage industry... like honey.

Likewise the age of cannabis smokers in the UK has dropped.. and the level of uptake in that age group (teens) has increased.

Just think,, if you're getting mugged as an adult by dealers ,, then what price and quality are teenagers getting? (possible better.. haha)
