It needs to be done . It`s a pity autos are prone to bud mould/rot or am i wrong ? coz any autos i`ve had out this year have started to suffer .
AKWW is really beginning to get plenty of bud rot going out daily to snip any out , the freezer bags filling up but the plants shrinking . It was covered with good lenghts of bud on all the branches but nearly everyone is now scattered clumps of bud & i lost the bloody cola ! the plant in Q (other 4 are fine at the mo) is round 2mt + height of pot . I`m only 5 nothing so i have to bend the plants carefully to inspect the colas & snap BALLOCKKKKKKS .
All of the other plants are fine but we are in for some more rain this weekend & it looks like most of next week to , if i have to bubble the bud so be it . Any that survive will be a welcome bit of green .

Stay green .

I'll know where i'm getting some of my seeds next year; Hybrids from Hell

Looks like buddy's had some luck with Frisian, which was an option for me this year, just couldn't get my hands on it so late in the season when i started

Found loads more mould on mine. It's getting QWISO'd :dance013:

I keep looking at Dyr`s thread watching his Thyphoon , now that`s definately one that would suit this climate .

this weather must driving you guys NUTS!

jeez...

I'm enjoying the tests of the British weather! It's my first grow, and the way I look at it is; the harder the lessons, the tighter the learning curve.

And tbh, i've never experienced anything different. lol

it is a pity, MJB... i reckon auto's need to be planned out to be harvested end august for best results... and i think, if possible doing a runty mouldy seed run for later season. the best move anyone growing autos can make is a seed run IMO.

hope everyones well!! harvests have begun, i see... that's a beauty buddymate

been slogging intensive nightshift in belgium for the last 8 weeks... it's been lonely! let lebanese cheese catpiss and some sensi star x lebcheese keep me company, though :D

hope the leb cheese worked out for all you folk out there that got it!

...and more pics of esbens gear if possible!!

one more thing... ahem...

TPS IF I DON'T SEE PICS OF THE LOWRYDER ISLAND PROJECT SOON I'M GONNA PLUTZ!

...ahem.

later

QUICK EDIT: i think a uk strain guide is a great idea!!

Hey brother WAM :)

I've still got some pics on my camera so will post them when i can get a new computer...

I know not everyone can do this but the raised bed was AWESOME. All the LR plants got about 1.5-2ft tall and gave me 3/4 to a ounce of bud per plant. All harvested in August!! The smoke also got nice reviews although the only bad point was the lack of a nice smell/taste. But it done the job :smoker:

I've been checking in now and again to keep up to date and there are some really nice plants going on. Shame the weather is so fucking crap!! TBH i'm glad i haven't got any plants out as i would be pulling my hair out!

Take care everyone and will find a way to post these pics soon, TPS :)

Strange one

Strange one

This the Stranger In The Woodpile i mentioned earlier .
Now it came fron a pack of Zeds/BGB Indica/Mlow X UKM . Minime had some luck with the strain this year but this is nothing like any of the other plants from this strain & believe me there is NEVER a mixup with the seed . It`s about 2 1/2ft tall x 2ft wide but it`s that heavy with bud it flopped over & had to be caned . Bloody beautiful smell :):dance013:

MJ - Mine are leaning over because they've soaked up rain like a sponge. Lets hope yours are leaning over because of a huge resin production.

I had to remove a lot of mouldy buds last night and defoliate to try and prevent it from getting worse!

Has anyone here got a any tips they can share on defoliating to prevent mould?

Haha ^^ :D

So long as the crystal remains intact,, make bubblehash :canabis:

Plenty of crystal....waterproofing I reckon. Two of the same pheno in me greenhouse are picking up spots of molds. Better air flow outside, leaving vents & door open in greenhouse has slowed the mold down.

I know they're in a greenhouse but thought you guys might be interested.

I've got two Goldfinger clones on the go (coutesy of Elevator Man) and you can read up on it all here: https://www.icmag.com/ic/showthread.php?t=60055

These plants are a challenge due to they're stretchiness...I couldn't find a UK Greenhouse thread...does one exist...? I'll have another look.

OK.

Back from a month away. Plants cared for by a friend and fed every watering with BioBizz Grow and Flower (N given in flower with these nutes). They're now massive!

Been flowering for 4 weeks approx. Quite substantial yellowing occuring on the G#1...my hunch is that it's very finicky with regards to root space...I ain't gonna get too worried though...I just see it as the plant taking what it needs from the leaves...

I will up the nutes next watering though.

trichomes are just starting to show themselves and the stems when rubbed are so delicious!!! Berry x Berry divided by funk times by incense with a bit more blackberry on top to cap it off! :)

I'd say Goldfinger #1 is at least 7foot tall now...i sure hope she's stopped stretching...this is the stretchiest plant I've grown to date.

OK..enough babble...

just staked up the plants, they flopped over and now they wont go back to normal, buds are getting too heavy.... make sure you get good morning sun chaps.

i still have all this left, some bottom branches snapped off but only lost a tiny %

akww clone... nice frost on this one.

biddysis x lebcheese have nice sized resin glands, hairs just starting to brown up.
