There aren't any seeds of the Kentish Creme to buy - it was grown from one special seed, and is clone-only. A few backcrossed (with a JLo male) and selfed seeds are floating around, but only a couple of people have them. The JLo project is an attempt to get a viable, stable, KC-like strain that could be made available in seed form sometime...

And that 'Twiglet pheno' is no other pheno, but the actual KC, as far as I know, though it's never grown quite like that for me.

Here's another Twiglet:

We always thought KC was a "clone-only" snizz from the heights of a paternoster ,, selected from a Jamaican import. As we understand it 'J-Lo' is the seedline KC x Flo,, but we could be wrong,, have been before.. lol

... if you folks have raw KC seeds ,, then work it out on the other-side of the pond ,, tally-ho,, we've been reppin. KC on ICchat heavy the past few weeks (so folks are sick of seeing the sick images .. lol) :bandit:

I never do ICChat, so I'm clueless on any KC discussions there...;)

Yep, JLo is KC X Flo, though this latest V2 batch I'm running is KC X MoFlo (Flo f3 incross), which is much more stable and uniform, and with more of a purple Thai influence than the previous one, though the f3 male is a direct descendent of the original Flo male I made the V1s with. And as these are true F1s, the next generation will be the one with all the different phenos.

I got one amazing female from the V1s, but the mother was killed by a hapless (hopeless) helper, so I had to start again. The first batch showed some hermies, so I decided to use a later-gen MoFlo, as I suspected it was more stable, and it has proved to be correct so far. The flowering JLo females (with F2 seed) should be done in two-three weeks...;)

Haha,, you beat us to it dude ,, (in the 5mins we were typing away there) :D

KC is one of those things that should be kept "in stable" IMO ,,, aka bred by those folks that have been doing it on the regular,, so i n i nah plan on crossing KC,, its a special plant as it is,, and some things nah need improving on.. (except the nodal gaps) ,, and we can live with that ,, full props to all involved :canabis: Jah bless

Here's the JLo current front-runner, in terms of breeding potential - almost as resiny as her mother! And her ickle babies, all snug and warm..;)

if i remember correctly the S1`s from the KC looked pretty good!!,,,,??

i would prefer crossing 2 different clone`s when making a fem seed,, but if my memeory servs me, im sure them S1`s turned out very similar to the mother,,,am i wrong????

I haven't a clue to be honest - I haven't grown any myself. indifferent did a few, and they certainly looked similar, but can't vouch for the smoke.

id like to hear about them again from Indi :),,,,im sure he said they were very close,,,,

im not a massive fan of S1 ,,i mutch prefer fems that were conceved using 2 different clones, but KC S1 do sounds prommising:)

when indi spoke to me about the KC from S1 he reeled off an impressive list of elite cuts such as chem, og etc - most of which i had never tried - and said he preferred the KC to all of them. i have a few S1's and gonna pop them in a couple of weeks for a long veg in the hope of scrogging them on my next run :D
