FUCK THE HENDRICKS CHAMPIONSHIP FIGHT, FUCK THE JUDGES, FUCK HENDRICKS, I OUT THIS BITCH
Lawler landed the more damaging strikes in the fight. He did more damage while Hendricks had more success in holding him down. This is how fights should be judged. Too many elite strikers have lost decisions to wrestlers who just held them down without doing any damage.

Honestly, i thought it would be 48-47 Hendricks but have seen enough matches to know that it could go either way.
2 Rounds Robbie did more damage than Johny, maybe they tied another.
Sometimes they score sloppy takedowns, sometimes they don't.
Lawler definitely did more damage and i can conceivably give him 3 rounds.
I wanted to see Robbie win, I liked how he did so much damage from Johny's boring grappling.

I could see how judges could score round 1, 4, and definitly 5 for Lawler. Thought Hendricks won with the takedown points though in rounds 1,2, and 3. Round 4 was 50/50 on who got that round but im glad Lawler won the belt.

Hendricks was throwing 3-5 hit combinations...non-stop for 3 straight rounds. Then, he intelligently defended his OBVIOUS lead. By the 4th round he had a 50 strike advantage of Lawler...
That decision was absolute crap.
I don't like the way Hendricks acted in the 5th round...that was weak just tucking his head and holding him on the fence...but again, when you have an obviously lead against someone with one punch knockout strength...why would you NOT do what the rules allow you to do...
How many takedowns did Hendricks have though out the fight?
He fought a game of points. Lawler did nothing but stay defensive except for the 5th round...when he acted out of SHEER desperation because HE KNEW he was behind on the cards.

Yeah I didn't like the fight, don't know why Hendricks kept going for that takedown against the cage that was not at all working for him, but he dominated that fight except for the last 20 seconds of the last roud.
He's gotta be pissed at the Las Vegas judges. This is twice now they did him dirty. Maybe they just don't like him, I dunno. He didn't even stick around for a comment after the fight.

What in the blue fuck just happened... Yeah Johnny was a lil boring... But for fucks sake, except the first 10 secs, the last 10 secs, and the front face kick, Robbie just stood there eating boring punches and lame ass leg kicks the WHOLE fight from Johnny... What a boring fight... I still think Johnny fault better... Even though Robbie woke up and look'd like a bad ass the LAST 10 secs of the fight... Rory McDonald would kick both their asses...

Hendricks beat him in pretty much every aspect.. his striking looked crisp his grappLing looked good.
How can you say Hendricks was boring when lawlor spent round 2 3 4 just staring at Hendricks not throwing punches..

Their first fight was more exciting. I'd love to see a 3rd fight, but I doubt it will happen next. Lombard and Macdonald deserve shots at the title too. GSP will get a shot at the champion whenever he wants if he wants to fight again. He went out on top, but I don't think he'll stay retired.
The other title fight tonight was better. I wanted Melendez to win. Pettis has to be one of the all time great p4p fighters after tonight.

Yeah, Johnny look'd crisp, no doubt... It basically look'd like he was practicing with a punching bag though with those "crisp" shots... I just think he fault to comfortable and to weak... And in the end, he duck'd his head like a chick'n shit and lost... I still think he should've won... He look'd way better throughout the fight then Robbie, except the last ten sec's... And him duck'n his head like an idiot when he had the fight won, lost him the decision...
