I would just tell your landlord your a student unemployed or an artist .. maybe you have student loans or rich family to pay rent.. offer to pay last months rent so they know you aren't a deadbeat.

If they are old tell them you have a internet business they won't ask many questions, tell them you fix apple products .. unlock iphones replace laptop batteries etc.. give them a business card. I can tell you that if you have cash and pay rent most landlords don't pry to much.

thanks for all the info guys. hopefully we get outta here soon. I called on the perfect place today. Its outside of a small town thats outside of a city, on acreage. Its a mobile home though.

The places were lookin at have enough rooms to grow in possibly, or I could scale down to small closets, I dont care, as long as I dont have room-mates anymore. We just need to find a place first, then worry about where to grow later.
