Trump's supposed immunity via the SCOTUS ruling (fabricated as it is, as there's no content in the US Constitution for such a decision) pertains to official acts committed in his role as Prez. The Constitution makes it clear that the finances and budget are NOT his to dink with.

This means it can be argued that he is culpable for such breeches of the laws and assigning himself extra-legal authorities. They are NOT among his official duties in any stretch of imagination.

As I posted in a meme a little bit ago, King Henry 1st once told the courts in England that he was a monarch and couldn't be prosecuted. 10 days later they beheaded him.
