Which is why a court system based in a forcible monopoly, which is what presently exists, needs some free market competition.

I'm not afraid to commit to the idea that the present justice system, a forcible monopoly from the get go, can't deliver actual justice. I think it needs competition from a free market.

Did your lord and savior Trump get dragged into court on flimsy charges and did his civil suit for maybe touching some psycho lady 30 years ago with a multi million dollar finding deliver a just decision?
Was Trump being fucked with unjustly in THAT civil suit? I think he was, even though I don't like him.
What do you think, did the forcible monopoly court / justice system (lol) get it wrong in that situation?

My default position is I own myself and I don't own other people. Nor does anyone else own anyone else.
Therefore, unless a person is violating my rights or somebody else rights, what they do isn't my business.
As well, if I remain otherwise peaceful, I have no obligation to please somebody engaged in legal sophistry violating my rights and no obligation to follow their victimless crime edict. Neither do you.
Still scared to commit to admitting the so-called "justice system" that exists in a forcible monopoly today gets it wrong ?

Some things which are illegal are not actual crimes, they are statutory "crimes". They are crimes in name only because of legal fuckery, not because the alleged criminal committed an actual act of wrong-doing against another person(s) or their justly acquired property etc.
Slavery was always a crime although it was once legal. Prohibition laws are criminal laws and violate human rights. Laws against consensual Prostitution are criminal laws, they're a form of slavery too.
I hadn't realized you were such a boot licker and hadn't considered telling your masters to fuck right off when they use laws to do bad things to people.

A "health department" which tells people who they can and can't have sex with isn't healthy, they're tyrannical.
Who people have sex with is their business. If they get paid is also their business as long as the interaction involves people capable of consenting and they did.
