Looks like Sessions is fucked. Calls for that little Keebler elf motherfucker to resign.

Fuck that would be nice but if it sounds too good to be true...

He is just pushing his addenda too late and at the wrong time in history. Maybe once Trump gets how bad this will hurt his legacy he will start respecting states and voters rights.

Sessions looks at states like his children that need a whipping and doesn't believe they have a right to an opinion.

I could see this administration putting MMJ into schedule 3 doing away with state regulated programs all together, and heavy federal regulations to follow. Bet no home grows, raw herb, smoking of any kind will be part of the deal.

It will be bad for a bit but a new regime will take over soon enough and then the states will make the giant leap forward. But I sense some serious growing pains and hard lessons coming.

People with enough money need to sue the state if they don't provide enough protection from this insanity. People already have invested billions into the legal side of the market.

This Sessions crackdown BS is only good for cartel POS and cops. It's also completely anti American prosperity. I just can't see this working out for them in the long term.

Trump is definitely a man of action I will give him that. He is not being cautious hoping for a second term like so many others have. He knows his time is now and nothing is guaranteed. Hopefully his business side takes over and he relaxes a bit.

Am I the only one that thinks it's ironic that a casino owner is now the moral police of the world? Dudley do right?

Perspective...

If the DNC does not admit they were scumbags, appointing Hiliary against the peoples choice, we are looking at 8 years of Trump. I want Bernie to form a new party. I did not want most of his free stuff, except Health Insurance reform. Taxpayers pay for most research, and companies make insane profits, like the guy that raised price of AID's drug from $7 a pill to $900 a pill. I, and most Democrats wanted Bernie, to really drain the swamp of political whores. Hiliary was Democrat In Name Only.

Washington, D.C. – In an effort to push back against repressive federal control of marijuana policy, bipartisan legislation was introduced in Congress by representatives Tom Garrett (R-VA) and Tulsi Gabbard (D-HI) to exclude cannabis from the federal Controlled Substances Act (CSA), which absurdly lists marijuana as a Schedule 1 substance — a classification that denotes a substance being dangerous and having no known medicinal value.
Passage of this legislation would provide states with the exclusive authority to regulate marijuana how they see fit – without the ominous threat of federal criminalization. In a prepared statement, Rep. Garrett explained that states are “more than capable” of deciding what policies best benefit their own citizens – without the need for federal oversight. If passed, this bill would take marijuana off the federal controlled substances list – joining other industries such as alcohol and tobacco

Bernie did not have the onions to tackle the swamp, though a much better choice than HC. And there is no way to take what you like best without suffering the rest that comes with it

The $50 Marijuana Investment Jackpot

*

Dear Reader,

*

Like it or not, marijuana legalization is sweeping the country…

*

On Election Day, California, Nevada and Massachusetts all roundly voted to legalize recreational marijuana use.

*

And that means that very soon dozens of tiny marijuana firms could skyrocket by 100%, 300%, 500% or higher.

*

This is your chance to turn a single $50 bill… into an absolute fortune.

*

But you need to get in ASAP!

*

According to CNBC, “Now is the right time to bet big on marijuana… [as] the industry is poised to be gigantic.”

*

And Forbes is touting that “hundreds of millions of dollars are pouring in…”

*

Click here for full details on how to stake your claim.

*

Sincerely,

*

P.S. Already, some of the biggest and most successful names on Wall Street have acquired major positions in companies in the marijuana sector, investing millions…

*

I’m talking about PayPal creator Peter Thiel… *Reddit CEO and founder Steve Huffman… legendary hedge fund manager Joel Greenblatt… and even Warren Buffett.

A wise man once said, "You have to take a little shit with your sugar."

Yep, I've heard "life is like a shit sandwich, the more bread you have, the less shit you taste." Not sure it's true but always remembered it.

Here's hoping Sessions is either forced to resign or is so harassed or soiled by this that he will be rendered ineffective.

Wow...that's huge, but although I want to be pessimistic, I will have to sound optimistic on this one. While it would be great, I don't see the Federas Govt ending their welfare program (that's all the war on drugs is).

On a side note, if this passes, does that mean they won't confiscate seeds from Europe anymore?

The "war on drugs" is really a war against people medicating themselves with plants.

The DEAs role is to protect the profits of the pharmaceutical industry.
