I have a Sour Bubble that has gone through an evolution beginning with blueberry kefir and turning to tropical fruit punch. Today I got a little smoked oysters off it.

Truly Unique Smells...!

I had a GDS angel dust that smelled a bit like lighter gas.
I crossed a male sib to that plant to a SSH and it has a wonderful smell that is a very "antique" aroma...sort of like an old leather trunk.
There are some plants in Mandala's Safari Mix that is straight up sweet candy window cleaner. A sweet windex, if you will.
Just this summer I grew out a MOC femmed WW. This had an early aroma of a heavy dank pine, but it continued to change a bit into the cure. It ended up smelling very unique...and the best I can describe it is like this; a very hot chick that when you get close to her you can detect a bit of underarm body odor. I just popped open a jar of it and it is still dead up like hot chick BO.
I have a cut of MotaRebels Killing Kush that is full on grape. It smells like grape NeHi when growing and like grape kool aid when cured. The flavor and aroma carries on well into the smoke. Very pleasurable. (green pheno...no purple)

prolly mentioned a couple a times but f-13 is very unique in all aspects. odor/taste being one. musky/floral/chocolate/coffee , incredibly pleasant!

Wow, Can't believe no one has mentioned Banana Kush.. Don't smell much like bananas, but the cured smell is extremely unique.. I love it, but really struggle with any actual description..

A Romulan clone that was so piney it would coat my mouth like piney wax.. My friends loved it, I loathed it. Could not even stand to be in the same room with it. I tried to water cure some of it and though it wasn't as strong, the smell/flavor was still there and enough to make me want to lose my lunch..
I am growing a Purple Diesel now that smells incredible, like berries, floral, plastic and pesticide or something. Very unique and attractive
I tried a clone once quite a while back from a freind that smelled exactly like unsweetened rasberry/blueberry koolaid. But not mixed, like dry still in the package.. Weird.

I had a Hollands Hope that smelled just like caramel with perhaps a touch of vanilla. Wasn't the most potent herb, but was extremely tasty!
i had a williamswonderxmango once that was like peanutbutter.
the snowcap cut i have is like minty coffee.

the most aromatic yet is butterscotch hawaiian.

Yup, I just chopped my first three F13 ever. I have three diff phenos with varying growth habits but one thing is consistent among them. A distinct odor of WHOLE, FRESH coffee beans. Not like ground coffee beans or brewed coffee, but the fresh bean smell. This opinion is after just 4-5 days of drying but such a familiar smell is undeniable. I'm not sure about the flavor yet, but trust me when I say: I can't wait to sample some of this smoke!! I get the idea there is something magical about these genes

Old school Bog Lifesaver that was exactly like a cream soda very fizzy sugar rootbeer candy smells with a creamy blueberry background to it all. I could not keep my nose outta the jar it was simply amazing I have never smelled anything like it since and was mega potent.
Years back before I even grew, a buddy had "Hawaiian Indica" and used to sell bud from his favorite cut of it, was so exotic and lush extremely strong hawaiian punch juice smell, it reaked right through freezer bags it was some amazing fruity bud that had these giant swollen calyx's with some purple accents in it over bright green buddage with golden crystals. I would give anything for some seeds of it but that is so many years back now I don't think it will ever surface again well at least not that same one.
Sweet Tooth #4, sweet sugary penetrating perfumey pink grapefruit and citrus rind spray with sharp citrus or sweet jammy berry overtones depending on the phenotype. (SPG or BB) Smells like pure heaven and when burned makes the room smell like some hippie incense and tastes like sugary fruit plus when it's grown organic then flushed well it will give you a nice lingering sweet hashy aftertaste.

Got 30 cuts of black domina about a year and a half ago, three of the cuts were not the same as the other 27 and smelled just like juicy fruit, and boy oh boy did she sparkle, sadly that plant is no longer ):
