I really love the opening credits btw, the music and visuals are
so over the top setting up the viewer w/high expectations.......
and they're including scenes from 'last weeks episode' @ start
of some shows with scenes that didn't actually exist from last
week, like the moment Sam's running & then turns into that owl.

Next week looks like its going to be good.
Someone is going to get vampire hell on them. Wonder if godrick made it? Looks like a new vampire boss is coming into the picture from the previews.
This show is on the verge of goofy. Vampires, shapeshifters, the god of wine is a women?
I was so hoping when all the vampires came into that church they were going to rip right through those people.
I wonder if the vampires will cross paths with maryann? This is bound to happen eventually.

i liked it. godrick is an intelligent vamp...sometimes i wish fairytales could be real, i could be a vampire...nuff of this rat race, make me a vamp! i'll smoke weed all day and WHO will fuck with me? i'm a vamp. Hahahha.

It takes more than a bite to be made. The human has to be drained to death. Then, the vampire has to sleep beside the victim in the ground. After a certain time (I don't recall how long) they both emerge from the grave as vampires. What we saw was simply a light feeding.
On another note... I thought the detail about Jessica being a perpetual virgin was a brilliant. I also appreciated Godric's pascifism and general outlook upon vampire evolution (or lack thereof). The character's accent wasn't quite stable. Other than that, though, this guy is pretty intriguing.
