Tried and true method. 99.9% every time.

Cloning is the hardest part of growing along with your most crucial stage. I’ve been growing for two decades and only 3 years ago did I really figure out how to achieve amazing results in the time frame I wanted. Emphasis on the need for the cycle timing properly.

I run a 100 light facility as well as grow at home so the need to have the plant bend to my will was paramount for success.

The clone attached is 6 days old and already topped. Will be bussin ready for transplant by day 9-10. I mean BUSTING. 100% healthy. I only cut leaves if I’m doing whole trays, if it’s just a few clones to reset moms I won’t cut leaves. I have a laminated SOP I follow that gets me over 3000 cuts a year rooted. The clone in the solo cup is hash burger. She’s rooted growing in dirt always by day 10. My method keeps the clones looking like they were never cut from the mom.

Thats cool friend, keep us posted in your gardens.

Did I miss the method? That's very good for 9 days in a tray. I'm not even lifting the lid until day 10, and that's just to check they are not drying before day 14.
I’m not sure if I shared my method here or not can’t remember. I have double the roots you see in that pic at day 14 and they absolutely have to be transplanted. I have my first roots at day 6-7. Your temps should be warm enough in the dome that you have to re dunk the plugs at day 5 and day 6 which is usually when I see a few first roots on each strain I cloned. Warmth is the key. 78-83 is money.

You don't put a hydrometer in your dome?
I do not. This is all done by feel. I’ve done it so many times. To be fair there are 5 thermometer/hygrometers in the lung room though. My lung room stays 75-79f @ 62-68% lights on and 72-76f @ 54-60% lights out. The clone tent is always perfect environment based off of lung room environment.

I'm at the same sort of temperatures. Not far off 28c. You must have a looser fitting dome, if the water can get out that fast. I'm using a looser one than usual actually, which has meant no condensation at all. Still fine at 10 days though.

I know my RH is typically very high, and I could go faster by getting it down sooner. Like yourself though, I have a schedule in mind, that fits around my methods. No meter in the dome, as no matter what I have spent, that sort of RH rots the sensors.

IIRC they did dry quicker with them blocks you use. Their retention is much lower than compost, rockwool or coco peat. It moved things along a few days, but was more work. Fast is nice, and a great measure at the round table. Personally I have the time to set and forget though. I set 3 weeks aside for cuts, knowing it's going to take 2. Recently in seed&cutting compost, which is very cheap. I was using coco for years, but a batch with worms used up my entire 3 weeks, to produce poor cuts.

With 65% RH, you probably don't need a dome. Though I do like 99% for a day or two.
My main advice to people would be to leave them alone. I see you are spraying at some point. Is that after the 6 days?

I don’t spray them ever. The condensation from the plugs with the vents closed provides 95%+ and even when I crack vents it’s still 80%+. I use a heat mat and add my clone recipe nutes to the bottom tray after I see roots and the heat and water provide the condensation which keeps my rh high the entire time. I never get a dry back I just make sure at day 5 or 6 they aren’t totally dry they are still moist and if they aren’t I re dunk them.
