well well...it's that time again.

Our time in Amsterdam is too short to waste it walking places or looking in circles for that elusive coffeeshop.

Bikes and some Amsterdam experience to the rescue.

My 1st priority when I arrive is to rent a bicycle, it makes everything else after easier.

To rent a bike you will need a little bit of money and ID. and/or credit card.
Usually 50€ is the deposit and daily rental is from 7€ to 15€ depending on bike type, the longer you rent the lower the daily fee.

I have been going to the same place for years now.



just get a simple bike, there is no need for gears, the only hills are canal bridges and bump is a better description.

the bikes come with 2 locks and as long as you use them properly you don't need insurance.

Well this weekend is the easter egg hunt, BUT next weekend the 420 haze hunt begins.

Should have it well blazed by the time the 18th rolls around.

Count me in fellas. I only got five more days left! First stop (besides picking up some smoke) will be to get a bike. Cant wait to see the city from one. I really should have rented one last time, but i learned my lesson.

haze hunt

haze hunt

The point of the haze hunt is to find the hazes and try as many as feasable.

This is easiest done if coffeeshop purchases are co-ordinated.
if each rider gets a different haze, rolls it up, passes around. we all save money and get to try much more.

This being a haze hunt, and haze being great 'bio' fuel for bikepedalling, lets try and keep the indicas out of the smoking sessions during the bike tour.
(imho indicas are a lost cause in Amsterdam coffeeshops anyways.)

*for those that will need a return to ground, I'm fairly sure there be some bubble around.
