Tri Meter?

Hi all,

I am thinking of putting one of these on one of the totes on an undercurrent system and pointing a picture messaging camera at it and have it send pictures to an e-mail address...

I am wondering if anyone has used one and how accurate it is? I need something thats relatively accurate especially regarding the water temp in case the chiller or pump were to break down....

I am also thinking of pointing another camera directly at this

As of another post I realise how inacurate these cheaper co2 ppm sensors can be but I am looking to make sure I know when the bottles run out and also to check the co2 controller hasnt gone nutty and decided to empty into the room all at once...

I didnt know you could just buy a co2 detector without it also being a controller. Here in the states we use tri-meters to catch ghosts lol

Hannah & Nutradip make trimeters (about same price $175 USD), more familiar w/Hannah. Also cSense CO2, Temp & %RH Monitor w. Relay looks nice but a bit pricey, Titan Controls Atlas 1 - CO2 Monitor /Controller and C.A.P. has a CO2 PPM Monitor.

My pick for a trimeter is the bluelab guardian:

A lot of growers including myself like bluelab combo meter as well - measures ph ppm temp tds ec cf, not waterproof but portable.

That's pretty inexpensive for a trimeter (the one that you show Sinister) and I wouldn't trust an off brand like that especially w/trimeters... unless others like it. I'd try and keep these away from digital ballasts as it could have interference. Even fluoros can be a PITA sometimes.

those things suck i used to have one get a bluelab like stonefree said. if i were you anytime in the future i would never get a meter that you calibrate with a screwdriver those things are fuckin ghetto. always get one that calibrates using a button and bluelab is supposed to be the best.
