Yes, Gypsy is up on a similar trumped up charge on the 11th of April, where he will stand against a disgruntled ex-employee who has been attempting to discredit and deamonize Gypsy for the past couple of years, and, trying to undermine his authority within Gypsy Nirvana Ltd. UK and happens to be cohabitating with his ex-wife and still current business partner who falsely accused Gypsy of the above offense but Gypsy was found not guilty. The case mentioned above will help Gypsy in the case to be heard on the 11th of April, showing collusion to discredit and defame Gypsy Nirvana.
Fingers crossed that it all works out okay and Gypsy can attend his own 420 Grower's Cup this year rather than being at Her Majesty's Pleasure! (in jail).
I am confident the truth, once again, shall prevail.

It's amazing how some people are your partner one day when they need something. After they stab you in the back and try to suck you dry. Then they have the balls to say its your fault.
I'm sure after they fail in ruining your life they will turn on each other. Karma has a way biteing you in the ass.
I'd also like to add. It sure is nice after going through what your going through to find someone that loves you as much as you love them.

Congratulations to Gypsy, who was definitely innocent of these charges. I know this for a fact, as I was there the day after 4/20 2004 with him in the UK when the ex-employee assulted Gypsy at the Wagon and Horses Public House in Kingston. In fact I appeared in the UK at the beginning of March this year to testify on his behalf, as I knew that this was a setup engineered by his ex, and the Rodent. Unfortunately the trial was postponed, but justice has prevailed. There were many witnesses to the facts, and the fact was that this vermin came into the place and assaulted Gypsy...he should be prosecuted for slander, theft and more, along with his coniving girlfriend/ Gypsy's ex-G.F..
Both of those people did their best to delay, destroy and hinder not only Seeds Direct's business, but the birth of the International Cannagraphic Magazine. May karma catch up with them both...soon.
Meanwhile, best wishes to Gypsy and Dutchgrown, who has stood by his side thru all of this...

Mrs. BOG liked those pics of Gypsy smiling in his fine clothes and you have to admit it is a great pic. Man of the Year?
Gypsy and DG have been put through more worry than anyone deserves and all this will be behind them soon. Perhaps the business can go forward without trying to disgrace or send anyone to jail at least?
Let's all make a resolution never use the pigs for our purposes. Can we all at least agree to that and settle our differences like men in the future? I know Gypsy is willing to agree to what we expect as far as trust. Some things are just beyond the limits of revenge so karma is on gypsys side here.
I believe all will go well for Gypsy and we can help with a little of that magic. It is sad to know that the poet recently passed but his words and love lives on forever because what he has told us is truth. The truth will set you free is what poet told me. I know that he would tell Gypsy to hold his head high and wear a clean suit because the celebrations will be following the next one on a huge scale.

4/10/05 is my B'day.... I will spend the entire day in quiet meditation, communion and prayer.....
A good deal of that time will be spent for you gypsy, and I hope 4/11 puts a TRUTHFUL resolve to this and not just postpone for the future!
I am SURE, with all that you have been through, you will be destined for even more GREATNESS! In 2005 my ENTIRE communion comes from Gypsy Nirvana, and (with my stored nuts for a rainy day) it looks to stay that way probably through 2006!!!
