If one didn't know better, with that degree of deflection and lack of self-awareness, one might almost accuse him of being a Trumper.
you think he's a trumper??? i knew i liked him...
This administration has a relationship with classified material that is absolutely one of a kind.
well pretty shitty situation...HOWEVER... none of our guys died... like our withdrawal from affie... maybe heads should roll... but none rolled from that affie withdrawal..

Note, I said 'almost'. Words are important. To most, though not necessarily Trumpers. They don't often understand too awful much when it gets right down to it, accurate diction or not.

Given the extent and scale of the abuse that the purloined national security documents may have gone through, I imagine that we will be learning of the repercussions deriving from the event for many years to come.
Let's be frank, had a Democratic President done any such thing, the howls of treason would have
never ceased. The fact that was not the case, shows us the extent that our media has been compromised.

Today's story, Hell I was referring to the treasonous act he committed when he took numerous classified documents from the White House down to Florida as he left office last time after having been impeached twice.
That stands pat as the single most treasonous act that any president has ever committed.
I am sure that you don''t recall the billion dollar "gift" the Saudi's laid on him shortly thereafter. The backstory to that one being rich beyond belief.

trump has been accused of (through irresponsible or unscrupulous classified info handling) causing the death or disappearance of our guys overaeas, and i wouldn't be surprised... trump clearly would sacrifice any american for a dollar

was it treasonous as he was the president??? what about taking documents when u are VP, storing em in your garage, where your son and his 'lady' friends parade in and out of??

That you would reach for what is clearly a device, illustrates all too well how desperate this administration
has been in it's repeated attempts to normalize what was clearly an intentional and deliberate act of treason.
Contrary to what you wish to believe, that act clearly resulted in the loss of life, as well as wiping out years worth of efforts that cost this and other countries lord only knows how much.
We will reading about the repercussions from this for many years to come.

Seeing the trees through the clouds is awfully difficult for some. Do you forget Trump tried to hide the documents and refused to return them. Biden gave them all back as soon as they were found, Not even close to the same.

a president can take documents... not saying that what he took was legal... however a VP can't take documents.... whether he gave them back when asked for is not the point.... he can't possess them

The difference between stopping when you see the red and blues going off behind you, and not stopping, then, instead, accelerating.

There was not presidential authority to retain classified documents at Mar-A-Lago ever, let alone after the Presidency was ended. They became stolen US property, the courts agreed, and Trump lied about them being there, then had hired help assist in relocating them on the property, as well as allegedly sharing them with a foreign state representative.

And maybe Obama gave Biden approval to possess those files?

Not that Obama and Biden aren't war criminal scumbags. They are.

There is a massive difference between a handful of low level documents that had been essentially misplaced,
and boxes upon boxes of the nations most classified documents that had been deliberately taken.
Once it was established that they had taken improperly, 45 repeatedly lied in saying that he would return them. Pretending that the situations are comparable does not make it so.
