Edit: And go deeper than his assaults on female Scandinavian tourists during OCCUPY, to when he was already under investigation for excessive use of force during the RNC convention there years prior.

The 3 Scandinavian women Balogna pepper-sprayed were not protesters, but rather tourists who freaked out at the up-close-and-personal witnessing of NYPD beating the snot out of a protester for having stepped off the sidewalk.

And when Balogna pepper-sprayed them, the jackass sprayed his own uniform guys, of which there's at least 3 different angles of view on the incident, filmed by at least 3 independent sources.

I'd type more on NYPD's unprosecuted crimes and violations, but the seeds for any further internet searches are already planted.
