i'm afraid that the average Chumpite will just ignore anything not confirming their "belief". if Chump himself admitted the truth, many would say "he's just playing"" or something equally ignorant. maybe "laying a trap!" as one clown here would put it.:biglaugh:

Medicare for All Could Have Prevented 338,000 COVID Deaths in the US

universal health care system could have saved more than 338,000 lives in the United States by preventing roughly one in three deaths resulting from the COVID-19 infections through March 2022, according to a new study. A single-payer health care system would also have saved the nation an estimated $105.6 billion in health care costs associated with COVID treatments and hospitalizations, leading the study’s authors to conclude that universal health care, often called “Medicare for All,” is both a moral and financial imperative for policymakers.

anyone who's against universal health care at this point is living in a corporate propaganda induced fantasy world. all facts and data are against you.

banning McDonald’s and coke and making exercise mandatory would have saved even more lives. That graph could be obesity/heart disease/cancer.

Yeah we need more bans and mandates in the USA.

Am generally of a similar opinion myself, but I am more than willing to make an exemption for chemical and biological substances.
What I had in mind was more an international ban and treaty.
My grandfathers job was to study captured war loot in the form of chemistry from Germany.
He explained to me that with WWII, we were basically fortunate that Hitler opposed the use of such things having seen them used in WWI.
Japan had a brutally effective program, which was used with horrific effects on the population of China.
We denied the legitimate claims of many service people of various nationalities who had been captured by the
Japanese who used them with the testing of biological substances.
It was considered to be of the utmost importance to secure the knowledge which Japan had as a result of that program.
One might recall the "Sensitivity of the issue" when it came to compensating comfort women.
Hell, they do not even want to admit that situation ever existed.
Those who are too damned embarrassed to even mention forced prostitution, are not real likely to deal with things of a far darker and more embarrassing nature any better.
The number and type of facilities we have put in "less regulated areas", read, conflict zones, is more than disturbing.
Have memories of older family members speaking to me of "involuntary sterilisation" of various minority groups here with attitudes
that sent shivers down my spine.
Hell, this is what they plopped down in in the heart of the DC area: Working with Ebola in the heart of a densely populated zone near our nation's capital...
One can only imagine what they are currently doing in "less regulated areas".
Pandemic Inc provides us a roughly sketched image of just that.
