Apart from this, giving away weed may also be a way to plant evidence on yourself for a distribution charge. Cops are not as friendly as you might think, and they can make the person who gave you the weed say who you are, where you are and when you gave them the weed.

I think it would take more than that to convict you, without evidence it's just your word against theirs.
It might be enough for leo to start an investigation into you though.

Around here if you have more than a certain amount of weed you can be charged with supply, and that amount is just under eleven ounces.
So I went and stashed some of mine at another location early this morning.
I want to keep only about a zip in the house for the near future, until I see which way the wind is blowing.
To many police informers around here. I have already had two knock and talks, they said they had been informed that I was selling and growing.
They tried to wangle their way in to do a search without a warrant but I wouldn't let them in.

A couple of days ago I was able to give a disabled veteran with MS 4 packed jars of bud.
Cookies, Glue, Sour, and one of my crosses. a bunch of hash and RSO too.
4K if you were even able to find gear like this on the street somewhere in a state with no dispensaries.
He got a jar of buds that won the IC cup this year and last year!

I have been on the radar for years. They just haven't got enough to get a search warrant yet.
It can be a nervous business when you know you are on the radar and people out of jelousy are repeatedly telling lies to leo; they don't see or overhear anything, it's just someone comes to my house, oh, I must be selling, they hear me banging away in the garage, oh, I must be growing in there, and so they run and tell leo.
It's just a power thing for them, to try and stop me succeeding, because they are useless tweakers who are too useless to grow themselves so they try to stop me succeeding.

So as I said it's a nervous business and everytime a car pulls up you jump, and part the curtains like a tweaker and look outside to see if it's leo.
I mean now the indoor grow is taken down and stashed away out of sight and most of my product is at another location then the stakes aren't as high for me, all they may find is a bit of personal.
But it still makes me nervous at the thought of them busting down my door and charging in with guns drawn.

Yeah, absolutely.

In the past when I was growing in a slightly larger scale (1200-2000w) we always had way to much leftover. It was nice to be able to share with friends/others, but now that we're not in a med state we stick to our micro grows and keep it private. I'm very glad that we're moving back to a medical state soon.

I grow for my wife & myself. I grow primarily in a micro setup now; my typical harvest is between 3.2-4.0 oz each run. We don't need LOTS of medicine so 3-4 oz goes a long way. Typically I'll take all the popcorn buds, trim, etc and make it into butter since my wife doesn't like smoking; the rest gets smoked up.

I think I might have something similar.
Most of what I have now is C-Plus, which is California Orange x DJ Shorts Blueberry Sativa, and with the F2's one in every 12 - 15 plants in a Blueberry Pheno; purple stems, purplish-dark green leaves.

I saved some buds from two Blueberry pheno's to be part of my personal stash, they are in jars curing at the moment and they are starting to look a bluish colour.
Lots of crystals on them too; I think they will be connoisuer smoke.
Basically I selected bud from various different plants to be my personal stash; whatever seemed interesting.
There is one pheno I saved from because it had a real orange smell to it, so I thought this might be an intersting one so I saved it.

I wish the security situation was better here as I could then save a clone from each of the plants so I would be able to select the best plants and keep them going; unfortunately that would put my plant numbers up into danger territory; would be jail for sure if I got caught I think.

I am not sure you really need help, I suspect you are just bragging you have to much weed. But the solution is easy.
#1 Grind up all the weed and make hash, it will give you something to do other then worrying about the cars pulling up. Water or dry sift....
And you might like smoking hash better, most do.
#2 About your best clones, graft them on to one mother plant, I have seen them with 10+ different clones all on one plant. 5 mothers is 50 different, just remember to label each branch with a diamond lock label.
#3 The reason your security is no good is because you maybe sold stash to untrustworthy types, do not let anyone into your home, do not sell stash at home if you grow there.
Maybe do not sell stash, just find another way to get money, and grow for the fun.
If I was you I would move to Colorado and get a job.....and grow at home...... better life...
You can grow big plants and get several Kgs clean and dry per plant.
Then you will have the same problem to much weed, so start with #1 again...

Never heard of that, will have to look into it.
Will mean getting a mother plant, I suppose anyone will do as long as it's vigorous, and starting it before the main crop so it's a size enough to graft onto.

Good! I am looking forward to the elimination of artificial price supports, because it is illegal. I want Cannabis to be as cheap to buy as organic well grown tomatoes, when it is less then $100 a Kg for dry un-manicured plants anyone can make hash at home.
If your focus is just the "money" then why should anyone here try and help you? Change your focus to growing the very best herb that can be grown, and find another way to make money, is what I suggest. But you will do what you think is best, whatever that is....
