Tonight on the menu is organic outdoor Bubba Kush

Appearance> Bubba has great bag appeal, the buds are extremely dense with a heavy coating of tiny coarse trichomes.

Bouquet> The aroma is unmistakeable, first whiff is of earthy coffee bean followed by a strong kushy semi-sweet undertone and a hint of mint/berry

Smoking Method> transparent cellulose paper

Taste> Even in a joint the kushy taste is quite intense, really resinates your mouth with a sweet earthy coffee/berry flavor. Burns clean & smooth, no harshness at all but sizzles like a hot stove from the mass quantities of resin glands, you can actually see them bubble at the end of the joint in a clear paper!

Potency> The buzz takes about 5 minutes to really kick in after smoking. For the first 10-30 mintues its what I call a happy head high, then the body kicks in and you feel very relaxed, pain free & HAPPY for the next 2-3 hours. Theres stronger(couchy) indicas out there but few that make your mind and body feel this good.

Overall Impression> (9/10) What can I say about Bubba Kush that hasn't already been said, its one of the best indicas one could hope to have in their head stash. Its got a great unique flavor and potent pain killing stone. The only negative thing I could say about BK is its somewhat easy to build a semi tolerance to with heavy use, but its so good if its on your menu its hard not to smoke everyday!

Make it a kush combo with indoor Abusive OG Kush (hydro I believe?)

Appearance> This cut is known for its snow capped swollen calyxs and these buds don't dissappoint. The red hairs make a nice contrast to the white trichome laced background. Buds are dense but still light at the same time.

Bouquet> Not much smell, only a hint of a kushy aroma similar to Bubba is detectable but once you squeeze or break open a nug you can pick up a faint lemony almost garlic smell.

Smoking Method> glass pipe

Taste> Burns okay for hydro, decently flushed. The first few hits have a slight lemon flavor then its a little bland thru till ash.

Potency> This stuff hits you hard & fast like an right cross to the head, once you get over its inital effects a lazy groggy body stone ensues which is usually followed by a nap or unproductive afternoon/evening.

Overall Impression> (8.5/10) Not alot one can complain about here, its super frosty & potent. Its lacking that kick ass lemony diesel flavor real OG Kush is known for, still with that being said I don't mind smoking it one bit!

Those both look spectacular! Congratulations on that outdoor harvest of bubba kush...it looks perfect! That abusive og kush cut looks equally potent, but by the sounds of it, the taste didn't match the bubba. Either way it sounds like you are in high heaven right now.

Glad you shared it with us.
Cheers,
JC

This morning for breakfast outdoor GN03 C99(pineapple pheno)

Appearance> Nothing too special in the looks department, lots of orange hairs with a meduim coating of long trichomes.

Bouquet> The aroma really captures your attention, its fruity/sweet with strong citrus undertone & hint of incense in the background. Breaking open a bud fills the air with the sweet smell similar to that of freshly cut pineapple.

Smoking Method> vaporizer(volcano)

Taste> The flavor unfortunately doesn't match smell, its sweet and sour with a bit of a spicy twang upon exhale.

Potency> I consider pineapple C99 a mild daytime smoke, the buzz is heady & slightly energizing but not paranoia inducing or racy at all at least for me, one of the least potent sativa doms on my menu actually.

Overall Impression> (7/10) Good herb with great bag appeal due to the zesty pineapple aroma but falls well short of being top shelf head stash in my book.

jcsmooth> Thanks brah, the bubba came out great couldn't be any happier. True this sample of abusive OGK couldn't be tastier but even on its best day it still can't compete with the flavor of bkush.

CC Rider> Good to hear you enjoyed the smoke blogs, happy new year friend.

OzzBozz> Everyone seems to like that bkush & it smokes as good as it looks beleive me.

This morning I'm puffing on some outdoor Sour Diesel (orginal clone)

Appearance> These buds are very light and fluffy, mostly composed of very small stacked calyxs. The trichomes are tiny in comparison to most strains but still glisten brightly in the light.

Bouquet> Like most of us already know, Sour Diesel has quite the pungent smell. In fact it flat out reeks of skunky sour candy with a petrolish aroma in the background, not the type of herb you want to have on person in public places.

Smoking Method> glass bowl

Taste> The taste of outdoor SD is one of the best flavors of cannabis I've ever had. Its got a strong candied sour taste, with hints of lemon and skunk that lingers in the mouth. The aftertaste is so good makes you salvate & smack your lips with the anticipation of the next hit of that sweet smoke. Burns and tastes great from green to ash.

Potency> Sour Diesel has the weakest tolerance build up of any strain I've ever seen. Depending on how much you've been smoking of it its either really strong or quite weak. If you can limit your indulgence to 1-2 times a week your likely to feel her full effects. The buzz comes on right away right to the head. After a few mintues you feel fucked up almost like you smoked too much, the vision is a bit blurry, colors intensified. Not the kinda of herb you want to smoke & still beable to preform complicated tasks, unfortunately the buzz only lasts for an hour or so even if your tolerance is low. Now if I've been smoking alot of SD I barely feel a head change and that only lasts for maybe 15 mintues.

Overall Impression> (7.5/10) Taste Great, Less (full)Filling is my slogan for SD.

Also toking some outdoor homemade SourDieselxC99

Appearance> Looks very similar to sour diesel, the buds are a little thicker and have bright orange hairs instead of pinkish brown.

Bouquet> Doesn't have anywhere near the overpowering smell of SD rather a pungent sweet aroma a bit like tropical fruits but you can detect that sour/skunky diesel smell in the background.

Smoking Method> glass bubbler

Taste> The flavor mostly reminds me of C99, sweet and fruity but the SD adds a sour candied undertone & makes you realize your not smoking just C99. Smokes really smooth but doesn't hold the flavor until ash like SD

Potency> The high takes a a few mintues to kick in, its similar to C99 a motivated happy head high but with a much needed kick in potency. Thankfully this herb doesn't suffer from low tolerance build up like original sour diesel, this stuff keeps you loaded over and over again for a long duration.

Overall Impression> (7.5/10) A nice blend of sweet & sour flavors, doesn't taste nearly as good as SD but it delivers a much more satisfying buzz.

gaiusmarius> Thanks man, I've got a ton of pictures to share, smoke reports, just finding the time. Too bad IC mag has such small upload size, some of these pictures look amazing at full size resolution.

sbaegis> Thats all the camera's macro function, if I can ever find the extension tubes for this camera I'd really be having fun.

SmokeyPufmaster> Nice forum you have here Smokey but needs more smoke reports. So heres my contribution to enjoy with your morning cup of coffee/joint.

Outdoor Purple SkunkxHaze

Appearance> As you can tell this stuff is a very dark colored purple almost black looking all the way thru to the clayxs. The nuggs are tight but really fluffy with an average covering of small mostly amber trichomes.

Bouquet> Not too strong for the ole factory, has a slight sweet & skunky smell with a faint woodsy undertone.

Smoking Method> volcano

Taste> Has a nice sweet hashy initial flavor that gives way to a spicy woody aftertaste. Really smooth to vape but its also very expansive, too much will send you hacking.

Potency> The high is a little on the creeper side, after smoking you feel only a little buzzed, over the course of 10-20 minutes the intensity picks up & you start to feel quite stoned. The high kind of pulls you in both directions, its heady almost racy but at the same time kills all your will power making you just sit there and vegetate.

Overall Impression> (7/10) Like most purple bud it looks better than it smokes. Tastes okay but the twisted high is not to my cup of tea, I like a good creeper buzz without all the groggy life sucking after effects.
