wattup everyone,been chillin with the kids all weekend havnt really had time to jump on yo...heres the deal,i just took all them clones from the cloner,36 of them.i put them in ffof and it burnt the shit out of them or somethin yo.i always go to light warrior from the cloner but last time i tried the ffof with the whites and they did fine so i thought id be cool....wasnt cool...so now i have 36 sick ass lookin clones,i can only attribute it to the ffof because it is the only thing iv done different...idk if half of them will make it,im takin all fresh clones tomorrow to replace them.good thing im like 6 weeks ahead of schedule in veg or id be fucked fasho.if anyone sees anything else it could be shout out .thanks.

Damn Tona, that sucks bro. FFOF I've heard can sometimes be sold much hotter than other times.
Do you have time to mix your own dirt? It's cheaper and at least YOU know exactly what's going into it. I'll be the first to admit that it's a pain in the ass for sure, but if you get some mixed up while you have a little downtime, it's nice to have it there ready to go.

i know your pain all to well Tona..
I'd guess from my own experience, T, that you got a hot bag of of the OF. That happened to me a couple months ago and it knocked my Mirre, Zoidfuel and Wonder Haze around real hard. They were all 8" adolescents and so they recovered in time, but a pack of clones woulda been quick toast.

Now I just cut it with 50% peat/perlite mix, no more dramas.

I have heard others also finding ffof too hot...must be a control thang, as I have never seen a problem with it. (shrug)

And yeah, I'd used several bags 100% uncut for seed-sowing, cloning, everything in the grow and with no issues. Then one day I crack open a new bag, fill some pots, uppot my seedlings and ... melt.

i'm just throwin this out there, but it looks like they went from high humidty to low humidity real quick like. i've seen similar things when i leave the dome off my clones accidentally, they usually droop like the last pics then the fans dry and curl up ... i think that might have been what trichytrichy was getting at?

There have been a bunch of "Wtf, these look burned" threads popping up in the infirmary this week with FFOF involved. I've never used the stuff, but especially under my tiny ass lights I doubt I'd ever use it straight. Maybe cut 50/ 50 with Black Forest Gold or something...
