its just a bunch.........

its just a bunch.........

.........of camera tricks:D

really though, im just a beginner, still tryin to get my grow worked out, increase yield, faster turn over, perpetual harvest, along with seed generations and seed grows.

there are so many growers/breeders that have 20+ years, so much more informative than myself. guys that take the time to work with a plant for years. im a joke as far as growin compared to them.

ICmags new so not much in archives here, but there are two other sites I know of, that you can find good readin from the good old days. not borin stuff either:D

these guys knew there shit;)

Right on, CBF!

Great job amigo. Looks like you found a nice one in that CC, & you saved a clone? Kudos...

You'll find (as usual) that they'll do a whole lot better (yield wise) from clone, & they'll be quicker to finish as well.

That PTK is more bolty-sativa lookin than the norm & i can't believe its takin so long:D

I'll be diggin up some seeds to see if i have any of these tule fog seeds for you, i know i have some reversed tule (male haze female DC) but i haven't tried those out yet, & i don't trust them as much as when I use a selected haze plant as the mom. I'm running pure haze now too, numbers are plenty enough to find a real headhunter i think, & i'll keep you posted & share if i find one.

The caljax looks like it has enough variation in it to please a wide variety of folks, even those who demand a reasonable yield :D There's gunna be some good ones in there ^^^ .

Keep rockin CBF,

Best Regards,
Tom

hiya Tom!!
great to see ya around. I just won some of the caljax and can't wait to try em out! Could you elaborate on any other info you might have about the strain? Wish I had some outdoor area to run a bunch of the hazes to find the killer pheno but the few goin indoors are lookin quite the treat...got a nice thai lookin pheno.

The tule fog is what really caught my interest! the very cross i had intended. if your diggin goes well...let me know ;)

hope all is well!

CBF,
Great job with those!! have you tried tying em down or anything of the sort? I find with lower yeilding strains (always the best smoke though...eh? :D ) if you tie them down and let the sides come on out you'll get some good results. I say try it with one of the clones. good luck and happy days ahead for you!

TomHill - So nice to see you around here!

I am growing both your Cal Jax and your Haze right now, and Im overwhelmingly impressed with both of them. So far the Cal Jax has the widest, most beautiful leaves I have ever seen. The Haze surely looks the part, and Im hoping for that heady lady that you so highly praise.

Please keep up the good work and come visit more often. We may not be as enormous as OG but what we lack in numbers we make up for in quality!

And about your outdoor crop, you should be ashamed of yourself. Making us look bad and all with our measley 1 to 6 foot plants! Looking to see the finish line for sure! You better not wear shorts by the way, you may step on those ENORMOUS balls you have!

CBF - Im ashamed not to have stopped by before. I want you to know it was this thread that sparked my interest in TomHill in the first place! Excellent work my friend! Please keep us updated!

...........thanks for checkin in. this harvest has been pretty good all the way around, I have enjoyed some very good killer indica plants, provided by tom hill.

once again tom, thank you for your generousity, i do believe these are special plants that ya just dont get off the shelf. great work and my hats off to you. those funny lookin buds on the PTK are hard, dense, lemon joy. 82 days flower today:D

three packs of original haze from"the hills" in hand, caljax on the way

spread some DC, DC heavy cripple creek, and a few crosses around. I hope everyone enjoys it as much as i did. special stuff:tup:

now at peace
Wow, CBF, you look like you're in foxtail heaven. I actually had one grower tell me that when buds foxtailed they'd gone too long. WRONG!

I think foxtailed buds are the strongest you can grow and you have them in spades.

I have some of Tom's Caljax and Deep Chunk but can't pop them until the move. How would you compare the Deep Chunk with other potent Indica's like HOG or Sensi Star or Black Domina?

Yours,
Dr. jay

Hey Doctor:D

Hey Doctor:D

Hehe:eek: just finished a black dominia in this grow, havent had the pleasure of the others.

the BD was a Grape smellin and tastein pheno, i smoked that whole plant in a week, very tasty, had a decent high that came on slow and was easy. but not a keeper, somethin that wows you. she was used in the BD X Deep Chunk cross.

the deep chunk is what the plant is, heavy stout smoke, earthen hash bitin like. its the best stuff ive grow in over a year, as is the cripple creek which I prefer just for the better taste. I took um young Dr;) I know thats how ya like um

as I told Tom, I have a clone of the bigger sweeter CC, just gettin er in shape to harvest a batch and run um all:D I grew um short and flowered early. 58 day bud, and from clone faster. they are worth the time and effort. for a indica dom plant, the head is up and aware clear, ya feel like a ton:D

these two plants......

these two plants......

.......went longer than I figured, and the PTK, is a pheno that doesnt show up much. normal flower is the 60 day range on this strain.

but you see this in a lot of hybrids, and strains. there will be a long flowerin plant every now and again. the longer you can hang, most times its worth the reward.

need the practice for upcommin haze grow, been savin up bunch of different hazes/landrace to run. there up next behind a blue grow in veg now:D
