Chopped the males just now, saved 5 for reveging in the clone tent
The 5 labelled and kept are 2x Thai leaning, 1x Colombian leaning, the one with the white patch on the leaf (it turned out male) and another male that was the only one of the whole lot to have a red tinge on the top half of the main stem. I think that one might interest @Stoneguru ;)
Saved a little mixed pollen for the freezer. If I want specific pollen now is not the time to collect it!

There were clouds of pollen as I chopped them getting sucked out through the female tent, as if the females aren't seeded enough!

I started a dedicated thread on my indoor seed run so as not to derail the interesting conversations going on here :)

Here ya go @Knop

You want big heads guys. You want stipe cells (trichome stalks) of varying lengths so these large heads can overlap. You want a dense trichome field. And you want an epic cannabinoid profile. These are your 3 most valuable boxes to check off. Do not fall for these charlatans trying to pitch you on magical cannibinoid profiles that just don’t measure up to these other musts. This ain’t 1975 man.

You forgot you want a good buzz. The main part to me not dispensary sales.

Think you forgot to tag Tom hill into that one mate..... it’s his quote ;)
I wouldn't be surprised if Tom Hill said something similar. I see myself as a Mickey Mouse version of Tom Hill. We started growing same year but I did not have the Humboldt Community to thrive in. I wasn't ever invited there and didn't feel welcome back in the day. So my grow career wasn't as illustrious though I made my mark east coast and west coast. And I wasn't able to save anything good like the posi haze. I do have DW skunk#1 but I don't have any friends and in my recent indoor run the males didn't like LED and hermed so the future is bleak. I had some clones stolen in RVA by assholes and gave one away so it will be around. I am selecting from the females on the aborted seed run so I am going to have the best mom's.

I missed all the fireworks I heard about on this thread. I'm not on anybody's side, I don't know exactly what the whole thing was about. But I will say this, I'm 60 years old and I've been following genetics and the seed industry since its inception. In the old days, Haze was a four-way sativa cross with the last cross being Colombian. Now some people feel that it's all Colombian. And the narrative has changed, and that narrative was the same for a long time. But the younger generation of growers doesn't know.

Yeah tom brought the hot sauce alright.young eyeballs just started deleting and deleting and banning...shit fkt times...reminded me of the war on drugs...but, war on words
I am afraid people will try to change the narrative on my Skunk line. Info has already disappeared off the net. I can't find any reference anymore to the free Sk#1 packs. Someone had a pack for sale for $5000.00 and photos of it.
