Tom Hill Haze

That last picture reminded me of one THH from last year I could not save. She looked very similar and seemed to just keep flowering. Started her in May and by December 1st she was just cruising right along. No metal or camphor but juicy fruit and no stopping her. Had 3 of Ace Thai A5 going as well outside that I moved inside last minute. My CMH lamp failed day before leaving for a week in Toronto. Came back to a serious aphid infestation which was not a shock but I could not bring any of them back. It was a last ditch setup in a small unheated sunroom addition. Whenever I’ve had to abandon my plans I keep thinking Tom will send me a better one down the road. It’s the only way to keep from giving up ain’t it?

thanks for this encouragement and your pheno does look similiar..I have a copy of mine that just cloned and revegged..my worry now is mold as the bud is very thick and we know that can be a problem.. good luck and happy growing

Khalifa and DNA, plus Arjan I must say all got their hands there... Been checking her stuff out and I think I will look myself for seeds once in Thailand.

Anyone that can go should. She is a good source to find landrace Thai genetics.

Are you watering from the bottom up or individually?

I trimmed the lower half branches of each plant to give me some access and I started watering using a hose and funnel and pouring 500ml water/nutrients on each one

It's not super hard to water. I make up 2x 20L buckets of nutrients and have a 1/2 liter scoop so it's getting easier now than when I was removing each plant individually. Watering is every 3 days for the majority of plants. Only drawback now is I don't get to check the weight, I prefer hands on

Hey LT, how's things bud
What system do you recommend and what medium do you prefer? This is a seed run primarily and maybe some buds after. I don't want this many plants to get big this round, not enough space
I've been using the coco for a while now and find it quite forgiving. I spent the last year or so getting comfortable with it so I didn't waste the seed from Tom on this grow, it was quite the mission making cash payment from NZ so I don't want to repeat it.

Do what ya know and use what ya got but as of late I am in hydro. .9 Ec 5.8 ph and you good with the THH. Any higher ec and you gonna fry them.

I'm testing perlite instead of hydroton for a go. So far Its more forgiving than coco but have to wait to compare to hydroton.

Is the yield very bad?

Primo quality isnt about orgaic ammending nor cation exchange. Those are only adding extra variables to your perfect harvest youngster.

I shall add that about ~400 pages back I pointed out that Original Haze varietals begin reacting negatively to ec of anything greater than .9ec and I was growing in pure hydro aero with success.
